Krios are mixed with Yoruba. They're liberated Saro emigrants of Yoruba extraction or are Yorubas that held on to their tradition from US back to Freetown and many lived in Nigeria and built some monuments in Lagos Island, not forgetting those from Brazilian and Portuguese quartres in Lagos. They traveled down from Freetown as Masons, Captain on ships, educator, politicians, ckerks in Nigeria, from Lagos to Calabar to Ogun state to Kaduna. Some prominent ones like Samuel Ajayi Crowther, Henry Carr and Hubert Macaulay studied in Fourah Bay college in the 19th century. There are many krio descendants here that haven't returned to Sierra Leone. But they know themselves, for example the actor Desmond Elliot has a link to that root. I personally have lots of friends and family that are partly krios. Do you know why some krios still answer Yoruba names like Femi, you need to go and read more on slavery.

I actually think this place is kinda expensive considering the area. lol How much is rent in the outskirts of Kigali? Not a popular area, far from the action.
@@IveomaMedia I see. Cool, cool ! ! That's not a bad deal or price at all for an apartment in a nice area like that in Lagos Island. Especially, for a 3 bedroom 3 baths as well in a private estate with almost 24/7 electricity and security too. Definitely, much cheaper than N.Y.C, Chicago, L.A, Miami, and even lots of smaller cities all around the United States as well, actually.
