700c is just another name for 28 inches. While 28 inches or 622 mm describes the inner diameter of the bicycle tire, the measurement 700 (in millimeters) is the outer diameter of the tire. However, specifying the outer diameter of bicycle tires is extremely imprecise. Because the outer diameter is mainly dependent on the width of the tire.
The different names are historical. The designation 700c is the French designation of a tire size; where the C stands for the width of the tire. The 622 is the ETRTO (or European) standard. The inch designation comes from the earliest beginnings of modern bicycle tires.

Anyone know where to get more up to date information for the Himingway? I followed this guide, but the screens were different. I managed to find the password screen, but after I enter 0510 then enter again, it just takes me back to the first 0. If I hold down enter, it takes me home, holding down the other buttons does nothing.

You can't do it on the newer models thanks to these guys like citizen cycle. They think they're helping but they aren't, they're just scaring the companies because they're worried about liability.
If Himiway Cruiser come with Kendra 4x26 inch tires, why would you set your tires to 700 cc and not 26 inch?
It did not seem like the mileage was correct but I think it still is wrong. Maybe I will switch back to 26 inch and check again. Thanks for watching

Would changing tire size electronically change the top speed governed by the computer? The bike thinks it’s going 25 but has really reached 28?
Maybe I think my tire size is wrong
I changed the rear end gears in my Mustang years ago from the factory 3.27 to a 4:10. The speedo read 13 mph high until I had the car Dyno tuned. By going 28 from 26, the exact opposite should occur. It should read lower speed (25) but be effectively going faster (28) because the computer is basing the speed off a bigger tire. Would be an interesting test.

No, it does not change or increase the speed of the bike. All it affects is the magnet timing in the crank that basically communicates to the motor to engage
Once you set your speed to 45, does pedal assist also increase in speed?

I do the same steps but the size and the speed limits dose not change I do press + and - and don't change at all
I think they changed the newer models sorry. My bike is a couple years old. Where are you from?

Maybe I think I seen others say they could not change there speed on the newer models. I was in the Army and Navy for 20 years been many places.

Yes, you use the 700 for a 29 inch or a 700 road bike like the one in tour de France!

Jim, you set everything wrong because your bike is a 26 inch and 700 is for a 29 inch or 700 road bike like a tour de France bike so your speed odometer is off and you are not doing what it is saying, to check that you can use a GPS to check your speed, OK these are the right setting "wheel size is 26 inch/ set the speed to 45/ and you can pick PAS setting and you picked 0-7/ then you should set every PAS level starting with level 1 it won't let you go lower than 20 and then set 2-6 however you like but 7 should be set at the max which I think is 99 because 7 should be max power" and now you should be doing a true 28 MPH! I did see a video where they set their Himiway Cruiser bike at 20 inch and he got his to do 30MPH when he checked it with his GPS but his speedometer was off! I hope you see my post and everyone who sees this video because cause you got those settings wrong and you think you are doing 28 MPH but your speedometer is off and you can check with a GPS on your phone! I am not trying to be a smart ass you Just got it wrong and now a lot of people who watch this video will get it wrong!

Himiway is screwed up now. You can't change the speed on the new models, it's 22 mph and that's it. I was going to buy one until I talked to someone at himiway and they told me that all their bikes are class2 except the cobra pro. I guess they are worried about liability but some people live in places where it doesn't matter. No himiway for me. Kepler is the best but you have to back order it. Probably wind up getting a magicycle.
I heard that from a couple others, that sucks. Thanks for watching maybe I’ll check those brands out. I really would like one that goes 30-35 mph. Do you know of any that are nice and go that fast. I know it will be more $$. Thanks again
@@DIYJIM aireal rider Kepler or the magicycle cruiser pro are the ones I'm looking but there are others. I think the heybike brawn is a good one too. Do the research and you will find a few.
MAX SPEED don't work on BIG DOG they have it set you cant do it with new models

this is true I just got a cruiser and top is 40 in km so it works out to about 26 with a little pedaling on high gear , you don't need to pedal but I think it makes it feel a little stronger, and it is upgraded a little headlight and let me tell you doe that 26 feels good almost perfect but I would have liked the 28. I think I probably got to dangerous for some people because right now at that 26 you can really hurt yourself. but I love it my first ebike and I'm hype. I'm getting that big dog in a couple weeks that joint is tuff bro for real and it's 1900 right now. 80 mile range better motor. can't beat that and it's cargo and sleek and moped. I'm in.
