Would it be possible to get it with the front wheel the same size as the rear?

You need a small front wheel for easy to steer. Larger rear wheel for speed. To change wheel size is to break good design, and make it an ugly hack job.

Own battery? It's more of a battery system then one you can hack. Pretty sure you've gotta use the Bosch options.

This is a Bosch system, and it’s R&M. Don’t expect to slap any component that doesn’t come from the manufacturer on this e-bike.

Yeah you would never be able to pedal that fast on this bike. With the bosch system it is limited to a 32 km/hr assist.
