This is so reassuring to see, since it always seems like *every* person with super curly hair also has a _ton_ of it, which has never been the case for me. Plus, trying to adjust tips from people with much higher density and/or course hair often leads to super crunchy, heavy hair. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the products you mention since my hair is VERY similar to yours (even the length!). Thanks so much for making this!
I’m so happy I can help a bit, I totally understand the crunchy/heavy hair struggles :/ I will definitely continue to experiment so I can share various brand options as well ;) hope these work for you! ❤️
You were the first UA-camr I saw that made me feel less bad about having fine, lower density hair (though I have much tighter curls). I appreciate your content.
I feel like crying when I see your wet hair. I felt like I was the only one with hair like this! You make me feel so much better. I'm definitely taking your tips !!! Thank you so much
Finally! Thank you so much! I’ve been trying to find someone with both low density and a fine hair type. Other videos I’ve found with only low density hair have different tips and needs for them, and they will say air drying is bad and causes frizz, it’s the opposite for me. The diffuser makes things worse. Love your content ,your beautiful personality, and hair!
Just found your channel and I can’t believe how many people have already said what I was about to write! Yes, I thought I was the only person with thin, fine curly hair too 😂 😢😂 thank you
My hair is low density, but not fine. Thanks for the tips and for being a voice for us low-densities, we don’t get a lot of representation on social media.
You’re so welcome! I totally agree, even after sharing all these years, I still find it hard to see low density hair represented. Glad to help even just a bit 🙏🏽❤️
Omg !!😮 Thank you so much for posting this!!! As I watched I realised my hair is pretty much exactly the same density etc as yours and I’ve been doing it so wrong for a loooong time. The thing about curly hair is the journey can be so confusing ( and disappointing) when you don’t get results, I was beginning to think I just couldn’t “do” hair 😂. This worked! 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️
Yes! I have almost identical texture and density. I was thinking of getting a similar cut but thought my hair was too thin. Looks like we can still make it work! Also glad to see it's not just me that can't make my curls last longer than 2-3 days lol
Thank you for this video. I had horrible frizzy curls. I bought the Lus Brands Love Your Curls All in One Repair Hydrate Style. It’s the only product that has worked for me.
Thanks so much! I have an older video that shares how I cut my own bangs that shares a bit of that, otherwise check out my DIY “ deva cut “ video, it’s quite old but I still do the same process for my cut :)
Our hair textures and types are identical! I ordered both these items and can't wait to see the results! I'd love to know what shampoos and conditioners you love. Please share and thank you!
Thank you! Very helpful, especially your explanation of low density. My hair is a little coarser than yours, so I always thought I had thick hair. But your explanation helps me see my hair more accurately.
Thank you for sharing your night time routine b/c I always wake in the morning with barely any curls left. Also I am going to try out the products you use as well! Having thin curly hair is definitely a challenge. I also purchased a unit from Gorgius wigs. They looked so beautiful in your video.
How often do you wash you hair with shampoo and conditioner? For the 2 and a half days when ur curls are gone, do you just rinse with water and redo this routine, or do you use shampoo or conditioner?
Thank you for this video! This is where my dilemma comes. Using lighter products will help give volume, but by me using heavier products I get more definition and my wash and go lasts 2 weeks. I need to find a median! Lol
Very helpful thank you! I also have fine low density curls with a bit looser curl pattern. Do you cut your own hair? That would be great to see if you do. Also what do you think of curlsmith products? I've been having success with their in shower style fixer gel but I'm keen to try the Ouidad you suggest. Thank you! 🙏
Thank you so much for your hair videos. I’m watching your videos from france and it`s hard to find girls with almost the Same hair type Than me. Unfortunately i also have alopecia (in the front). Do you havé idéas for hair styles to hide the alopecia with curly and fine hair. I would like to wear a bang but it does Not look Good with the alopecia in the front of my Head…
Thanks so much for watching! It’s hard for me to say without seeing what you’re working with, but what does come to mind is either clip in curly bangs. Maybe if I made a video to show how to make and style your own it could help? Let me know your thoughts! ❤️

You should be getting benefits from this company; hope it’s already happening cause Yes, it’s tough to find good stuff on thin curly hair products.
