I think his methods of teaching the kettlebell, mace and heavy club has so much clarity in expressing the movements and what you should expect from the exercises.
I keep coming back to Mark's videos as it helps me keep my technique correct. I tend to learn a little something each time regardless of how many times I have watched the same video.
Not an expert on videography, but the person behind the lens does a great job of letting us see and feel the movement and technique in a natural way
Probably conveys a better sense to viewers than if the viewer were actually present
People tend to observe from a static angle (it's kind of weird to be running around someone while they are explaining something)
Yup, its simple but not easy 😂 Eventhough Mark is a master in explaining complex exercises in a damn clear way 🙏
Lets all watch the ads, as this supports Mark, then we get to see more of his amazing instructional videos!
love it, you're breaking down the movements shown in certain other macebell channels but which aren't explained at all.
Instantly in love with this combo. It took a hot minute to really get the pattern down and it will likely take a while to really commit it to muscle memory. Does an excellent job of roasting the shoulders with only a 10lb mace.
This feels like the hardest rear delt exercise I’ve done almost ever. Been binging your videos. Thanks. Loving this new to me world of mace
There’s like 90 of these so you can get in a lot of basic practice
Man love training these complex patterns, it really helps with the mind muscle connection and it ensures that you don't just go through the motion
Great move. Looking forward to upcoming mace complexes. Thanks for your uploads.
Enjoying the progressions! Thank you.
Thanks Mark! So excited for this.
Thanks for your Series.
This is brilliant content. Thanks for all the mace videos Mark
Brilliant explanation as always, thank you some much Mark!
This looks like so much fun. Such a great explanation!
The mace is the place with the helpful hardware WILDMAN ! ROCK ON ! ! !
Amazing
Thank u. Much appreciated
Thank you
My brain tilted from watching this, imagine trying. It would take me a week to get this right, do at least 4 in sequence, and I'm not even sure... Thanks for the content!
Hey Mark,
Tried this today. Very interesting transitions here. You need to engage your mind to do it correctly. And quite different and unique muscle activation/sensation in traps and shoulder.
Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Thank You for making us feel like ancient warrior 😅🤟
Great video brother. Great articulation and explanation 👍🙏💗
I can't wait to get my club in! Thank you for your expertise Mark! And your suggestion one what size club I should start with on my comment last video.
The Ninja Channel strikes again!
More ninja stuff!!!
I like these rotating things!
I've been using mostly clubs so far. But I have to try some simple Mace movement. This one will be nice, I think.
Hopefully the mace program is coming soon!
Very cool exercise, this works well for us who do weapons training, keep at sir
👍👍👍awesome
Brutal! I need to make a lighter mace. Left uppercut is ok. Right shoulder called quits after 6 minutes. I know you said one minute per movement. Got carried away. 😊
Even one min id hard on the upper cuts
Imagine being a burglar at mark wildmans place. When you think the coast is clear, out of the corner of your eye, you see mark wildman swiftly approaching you swinging this mace around
Thats a super cool mace where can we get one? Thank you for your content! Great stuff or should I say its way more better lol
Shoulders are burning! Wow! I found new shoulders.
Using my 7lb sledgehammer fair to say it let me know how weak my left side is. Great exercise, thanks👍
I really want to visit when the world isn't so crazy!
@Huckleberry Quick lol you are trying to kill us all. Chill. This isn't that type of place.
Am i the only one trying to see and make sense of what is written in the white boards?
There's a halo that's been drifting around on the white boards for the last few days, without ever wandering off an edge, so it seems you've got company!
Nando Breiter a fellow programming nerd just apeared 🦾
@@7kilgore7 Is this more or less the first MW video you've watched? If you go back some months to February or March when Mark Wildman started posting videos every day, and binge watch the whole series, you'll probably have at least some idea what is written on the board. You might also wind up ordering a bunch of kettlebells, clubs and start wondering if you should also order a mace, and how heavy it should be ... anyway, welcome to Physical Body Programming 101, 102, 103, etc. :-)
Screen shot, then zoom in...😎🙄
Nando Breiter Ive been watching his videos since i think february and i gotta say, MW have made me fall i love with kettlebells. My techniques are getting better thanks to him. Ive even made the Chia puttin!
I regards of wanting to buy a bunch of KB, CB and maces(please add hydrocore to the mix too) my wife has been the one ☝️to control my urge 😂
Would it be okay if I pivot off of the balls of the feet on both feet? For judo specific pivoting.
yes
Mark you made a comment about how people can turn to one side better than the other. My question is can mobility sticks help with peoples rotation and do you rate them?
yes
Was surprised how hard this was on the delts
It is shockingly annoying
Great video Mark. Have you ever tried the Weck rope, it’s a great tool for equalizing arm imbalances. Thanks for all your content the last few months!
Does he train people to be instructors ?
I would definitely sign up !
