Hello, I want to know the meaning of high school graduation certificate and certificate expected graduation. Do I have to give 12th class result?
Graduation certificate is the certificate you get with your GPA on it when you finish school and graduate. Certificate of expected graduation is a document that shows you have not yet graduated but will graduate in the months ahead but it must also contain a presumed gpa. So one if when you graduate showing you have finished school the other you are not yet finished with school but will soon finish. Understood?
Should we have to submit any topik exam we take recently even we failed??
If you want you can submit it but it wouldn't help you in any way because it doesn't determine your topik level.
I have an associate degree and I saw it in the guidelines that for those that apply for bachelors degree should submit high school cert and transcript or associate degree cert and transcript or it must be submitted together

To succeed on any scholarship follow the rules. Read the instructions on the documents. Your question will make you loose the scholarship.
Hello Daddy cliff I have a question I submitted all documents with expected graduation certificate since I'm expecting to graduate soon but I need to know I submitted birth certificate and certificate of expected graduation without apostille will that bring issues since I'm planning to work on my official certificate and apostille them and send them to NIIED before 31st July
It's an issue. To NIIED? Is that your receiving organization?

You have to apostille and send directly to the university not embassy.

Google can do the trick for you. I guess you are from Nigeria. You can contact the cultural center in Nigeria to find out about language. For eilts there should be a center for you to write the test and get a result to use to apply

Passport is optional, you can use birth certificate to prove nationality. Why would you apostilled a document to then use it's photocopy? You hand in the apostilled documents.

My major comes in humanitites in the university file information but there is no column for humanitites in the application form. plz tell me what should i do. should i leave it blank?

Doesn't matter. You can do all that but if for example your essays are not good you will not get the scholarship

I do respond to everyone but it's hard to respond to questions that I already have videos on in this channel. You might want to check a video on this channel on documents to authenticate since you asked about original documents. You have to authenticate and not send your original documents.

If you want you can send but I don't think they will respond. What you should be doing now is try to understand the scholarship process well, know the university that has your major, understand your major course outline.

For the letter of recommendation to embassy track, the instruction states put form 4 together with 1 original+3 copies, all together into 1 envelope and seal. Since all the letters are in 1 envelope, where do we attach the envelope? Do we label the envelope as form 4 and not clip it together with any of the other 4 sets of documents then submit a total of 5 envelopes in 1 big envelope- [1 set original + 3 set photocopies + form 4 envelope with 4 letters total]?

On what page number did you read that thing? Why would you have 1set of original and 3 set of photocopies instead of putting the 1 original recommendation letter into the envelope that has your set of original authenticated documents and the others 3 photocopies each into their own set of photocopies each, you want to put all recommendations into a single envelope.

For the recommenders of Embassy Track Applicants: Please printout or make three additional photocopies of the letter you wrote and sign all copies (1 original and 3 photocopied letters) respectively. Please enclose all 4 letters and this form altogether in an official envelope and sign across the back flap.

Go ahead do it as you want. If you are lucky they will separate and send to the different universities.

Unfortunately you need a document on the other parent or a document from government explaining situation of other parent.

Ofcourse. If you take time and watch the videos you will understand the process. It's too late for anyone to explain to you the whole process and you submit on time your application documents

Hii. I’m applying through the university and yet to submit my documents. I saw this video too late but I’ll ask anyway,I have an associate degree so I only authenticated the university transcript and certificate without the high school one cos 1: I couldn’t get it and 2:the authentication is quite expensive. Does this invalidate my application

All of that doesn't matter. What matters is your documents content.

Not you. Your recommender has to put it in the envelope and either hand it to you or send it to embassy or university directly

You can do both, either post or go hand it to the embassy but the case might be different from country to country. I'll advise you check your country embassy website or call to find out how they'll want you to proceed.

Your birth certificate I think carries your name and nationality, your two parents and their nationality. That already shows they are your parents. If it doesn't carries your parents names and their country of birth then you can either provide a family registry certificate this document is not available in all countries. If you don't have that you can provide your passport and your parents passport because it carries your name and nationality and also their names and nationality. If you don't have any of the above you must provide any government documents that shows your relationship to your parents and their nationality and your nationality also. This thing is easy but most of your make it difficult. If you still don't get it there's nothing else I can do to make you understand.
In my country family registration certificate is available so its mean i need only this document to proof my parents identity....Thank u soo much ❤

Go ahead and apply, focus on making the other documents very good like your essays. If you get the scholarship you will have to learn Korean language and take topik test.

1. Although this is a nonsense type of question - when signing in place of signature, it is necessary to write the last name first or sign as the name is in the voter ID. like (Sk Rana) or (Rana Sk)
2. A student all legal documents has named like- Rana Sk Then how to fill up applicant name like (Sk Rana) or As in the ligal document (Rana Sk)
Names have never been an issue in Korea because their naming system isn’t as in other parts of the world. Write your names in the order they appear in your legal documents. Don't think too much about which is first, second, or third name. Since you will be providing a birth certificate for nationality, they'll see your name order on it.

@Peace_04_oma it's not very important if your birth certificate has information about your parents place of birth. What they want to know is your nationality and your parents nationality. The only time you have to go deep is when your birth certificate doesn't says anything about their place of birth. Then you will have to start looking for government documents to show your parents nationality and your will have to then provide a dead certificate for a parent who's no longer alive and it will indicate their country and nationality.

I have a Facebook group where I talked about this cgpa thing. You should go check it out. I can't write long here explaining. There's a range depending on your school grading system and other factors. I can't just say yes or no without taking other factors into consideration. Go to that Facebook group and look at what was posted there yesterday. Link should be on the LINKTREE down in the description section of this video.

Hi Daddy Clif, I have made a thorough research and read a lot of guidelines and I got through to the university directly, so I was told I have to summit my documents through email first, after they reply, I'll then send the main file through the post mail, but it was a Korean guy that picked the call, he wasn't really fluent in English, so please can you explain how I can send through email, is it with my phone? and sending with my phone I don't know how possible that is, because they are things that is written with pen, or is there a place I have to go, that sends it to them through email? You scan the documents, upload through your email and send to university email. You need to go find their email on the university website.

In envelopes 2, 3 and 4 there must be something inside that I don't quite understand. I don't understand. Did there have to be something inside? what are the documents, please explain to me in detail here. and where did you send this envelope to the embassy or university
I do respond to all questions to try to help out my subscribers but if questions that are on videos come I'll send you to the videos. Many people don't even respond they will ask you to pay for consultation, I don't do that but I think you should equally watch the videos and understand.
As the names indicate embassy track means to embassy, university track means to university.

There are 4 envelopes, that's what I understood, but the first envelope would be the official documents with everything inside, form, certificates, birth certificate, school records, etc. envelopes 2, 3 and 4 would be photocopies of the original document in the first envelope?

I know that in the main envelope, envelope 1 needs to have the form and sworn documents. I understand that part, but do the other envelopes need to have copies of the oath documents? This is the part that's killing me?
You don't know because you have not read the application guidelines. You shouldn't still be at this stage now. It's like you just discovered Gks-U yesterday and are trying to apply now in a rush. Have you even checked if your embassy is still receiving applications? Because you might even be doing this when applications in your country is already closed and be wasting my time here.
