Interesting, but my hair is gray and I accept that. You are young so trying all these methods may work for you. I am tired of trying all these new methods or the next hype being promoted. It would be great to have long hair but I would not have time for long hair even if I had it. For me it will be shampoo, conditioner, an oil like Jojoba and mango butter instead of shea butter as it is lighter for my thin gray hair.

Pure shea butter is GREAT. You only need a little, rub uour hands and between your fingers rub it in your hair.

I use coffee a lot on my hair.
in oils, mask, shampoo, hair rinse... etc
yes coffee is a huge hair growth buster.
when you buy instant coffees make sure to read the bottle to see the percentage of caffeine in it. Because some instant coffee are 99.7% caffeine free. (decaffeinated)
the caffeine in coffee is the whole thing.❤ ☕

No, decaffeinated coffee is not bad. It is the best option (to drink) for people who are sensitive to caffeine (for example: people with high blood pressure). But, when it comes to hair growth, i won't say decaffeinated coffee is bad but less efficient. Because *the caffeine is the main thing* in coffee for hair growth.
So, it is best to use non decaffeinated coffee for hair growth.
When the coffee is decaffeinated, they mention the percentage % on it. So make sure to check it out.

U can get any oil if ur choice,coconut oil,almond oil,avocado oil,olive or sunflower oil.And of course your coffee.
You get a jar and pour a teaspoon of the coffee or any amount depending on the patch u are making then pour your oils with the coffee and let it sit for a week then u seive it at the end of the week then u can use the oil on ur hair and scalp.
