I’m in the coffee challenge. Every night I’m doing the same routine , and also I use castor oil to the end of my hair . Thank you for teaching me how to take good care of my hair ❤ stay blessed
I started using coffee about a month ago. I used coffee spray and/or rinse. On Good Friday I wore my hair straight and I saw all the shorter hair in between. Now I have to retain length. My hair def feels thicker close to the scalp. That means there IS new growth happening. I recently found out one of the side effects of my chronic meds and my diabetes is thinning hair. So coffee or black tea will be a staple in my haircare. But if you haven't started yet, get going. But in conjunction wiyh the coffee, stick to sensuble practices. UA-cam is full of vids on how to care for your hair amd retain length. Remember nothing makes hair grow. The coffee just creates optimal growing conditions for your hair to thrive So you need a good regimen as well.
When do your videos can you do them without the music or lower the volume because the music is so loud it drowns out what you are saying. Enjoyed the video. I will try out the coffee concoction. Thanks!

l noticed a white hair on my hair too not sure if its coffee or age is calling hahaha..l love coffee spray but my family complain of smell hahaha❤..God bless you efforts dear
Hi should we use fresh brewed coffee every 3 days or so? I'm worried about germs from using the same brewed coffee in a spray for 30 days, does it help that it's old or it doesn't matter..please? X
In another video she said that the oil will block the follicles or something and if one will incorporate both methods it’s important to wash hair more frequently to allow the cod to be absorbed in the scalp…I think.
Actually, if she’s using different methods; and, her hair is still growing…then, her methods are working. She’s not lying; you just have to be CONSISTENT with the method that you use.
