Thank you so much for teaching about this life changing hack! After one use your curls are so defined and moisturized. Breakage is gone. Hard to believe it’s only one ingredient! My hair is so stubborn, nothing will get her in line except flax seed gel and shea butter.

Another reason for detangling before shampooing for me is less shedding in the shower.

How long do u actually boil it for. I boiled for 1o mins and saw the fraught but it disappears when I stir. Also it's not gel looking like yours only feels jelly 😭

This is beautiful! 😍 I'm a new subscriber. Where can I get flaxseeds? That tool you use to drop oil on your hair, what's it called and where can I get it? Also, when did you start your natural hair journey? It seems to me like I'm going to put up a lot of work.

Great vid, i have a question though, doesn't the black soap shampoo cause scum on hair , as in residue, especially because of the hard water in Nigeria

You can add oil to it like olive oil if you're making it in liquid form. I add olive oil, honey, instant coffee, teas, and essential oils. And maybe some melted shea butter.

Most black people have high porosity hair not low. That’s why it gets dry quickly.
