If you don't want to squish the berries, mix them in when frozen, and wait until they thaw, before baking..., just saying... Wonderful recipe by the way..
Hi there. I’ve been reading a lot about how silicone releases toxic chemicals into the food, especially when baking above 300°F, but the FDA has approved it, if it’s food grade silicone. I know you’re using it so you must think it’s safe, but have you heard anything about this? Looking forward to making these muffins. Thanks so much. (remember when Teflon was considered safe and now they know it’s super toxic and is cancer causing. I’m just curious about silicone. I’ve always had a weird feeling about it.)
