- A crash test performed 9/11/2015 to analyze the performance of a vehicle in an Oblique Overlap on the passenger side. Observing the performance of seat belts and airbags, as well as dummy interactions. This is a 15 Degree, 35% overlap frontal crash test at 56 Mph. (90 Km/h)

I think the only vehicle that didn’t have such movement/dashboard hit/air bag miss is a Volvo, but even that was close. It’s actually not the car design that’s bad (this is a safe car) but seat belts. Either have quicker tensioners or but center airbags on not just the driver seat, but the passenger seat too to keep the occupants in their seats and away from each other during an impact.

Would it have been better if both side airbags deployed? Also why is there holes in the side airbag?
Holes in the side airbag are there to let the hot gases out so that when the dummy’s head hits it it absorbs energy Instead of remaining stiff.

That's good theres a twin airbag for the passenger to have a reduced airbag inpact but the ankle ouch cringe noment
That driver looks like he/she would be hurt if that dummy was an actual person.
Actually surprised for a shitty ass Subaru to perform this good
