Pro Tips: What is Solder Paste?

Alloys, Flux, T4, T5, Wetting - Not sure what this all means? Here's a crash course on solder paste. Using V-One, you can dispense solder paste on Voltera's FR boards, or factory fabricated boards.
V-One can solder pads as small as 0402 and ICs that have a 0.5 mm pin-to-pin pitch.

I see different kinds of T5 listed, SOLDER PASTE WATER SOL T5 10CC, SLD PASTE LF WATER SOL T5 10CC, SOLDER PASTE LOW TEMP LF T5 10CC, SOLDER PASTE LF T5 10CC, and SOLDER PASTE NO CLEAN T5 10CC. Which should I choose and why? TIA

What is a good, inexpensive soldering iron. I got one at Walmart. It doesn’t melt the solder at the tip

Grab one off Amazon, they have a much better selection than Walmart. Look for something with temp control and 40-60 watts.
I use a Yihua 926 III soldering station, and I love it. Messed around with cheap, weak little irons for years, when I should’ve just saved myself the trouble and spent a few more bucks from the start.

You could try adding flux to the paste to rehydrate it. It may not return to its original viscosity range, so there's a chance it won't perform the same.
