The reason why he says that is if your HP is 2 and below, Toriel will deliberately miss you.

To be fair, napstablook says he can't actually be damaged and he is just lowering his "HP Bar" to make you feel better. If he stands in your way and refuses to move, you lose 100% of the time.

For the Sans fight, it doesn't even seem like you tried...

First time i died to asgore then i never died again (at pacifist run)
Some amalgamates are hard if you dont know what to do but if you know they are pretty easy omega flowey almost killed me but just almost. And if you die at omega flowey its not that bad because it has some chekpoints

I will die but it was..... i dont know i just won because i know what you need to do. Asriel was easy too but not that easy i almos died at chaos blaster thing and at demon form. I can say that pacifist run is easy but its stil good. Then i tried genocide run and i died many times at undyne the undying (9) it was very hard. Then at the last corridor i saw him Sans Sans the skeleton he warned me that im gonna have a bad time and then i died many many many times (28) i got like 2 hp after sans finall attack (milion gaster blasters) then with 1 hp i killed sans (Chara killed Sans) and then i was like i dont want go there then i will erase the world and then if i will do pacifist run the end will change. Undertale is my favorite game and Sans is my favorite character i will tell this to you kids: if you just want to fight Sans don't do genocide run use bad time simulator because if you do genocide run.....

Guy Iscool if you have enough health so that she doesn’t avoid you, then you get hit during a normal attack, hit again, and die. My first time playing ( i named myself frisk) i got killed somehow, and thought it was too hard so i reset... and named myself Temmie.

Undyne, even on a normal playthrough, was always the toughest for me to face. It took me ages to realize I was meant to run away when I turned red. But my favorite fight in the entire game is Undyne the Undying. It's such a difficult fight, yet the atmosphere is perfect. You're the bad guy, and Undyne is there to stop your crimes. And being one of the only 2 threats in the Genocide playthrough, it really shows you how powerful Undyne really is, considering her sheer will to fight on let her survive death and make her even more powerful
The scariest thing is that asgore when fighting u was depressed, tired, suicidal and going insane plus he doesn't wanna kill u meaning he was SEVERELY nerfing himself in the boss battle. Oh and one last thing, he is capable of dodging... yea...

For me, Sans is hard because of his last attack. Phase one has become a sort of undyne the undying difficulty, and most of phase two has become ‘easy-ish’ for me too. But his last attack... oof. Especially that last part with the gaster blaster spiral. That’s the hardest part of the game for me. That one part of his attack.
I get why he put Napstablook as #1.

Omega Flowey would probably be the most difficult enemy in the game if you didn't have save points and help from the other SOULs.
for me Save Points doesn't help me because i did it first try, but i need the Souls help
With omega flowey, i legit had to look up if it was possible for you to even die on it, I was so sure it was impossible.
The Jump from Asriel to Undyne is insane ! i stuck at the Undyne fight ;-;

I had a much harder time with Mettaton Ex's fight or Undyine than I did Asgore. I'm scared of the Genocide run.
