Having an issue getting the application to detect my device. Any advice?
Not sure if you are still having the issue. I tried connecting through a USB hub. That wouldn't work so I had to connect directly to the computer.

Is there support for IPad OS?
Why are you requesting my personal info to use your utility? That isn't necessary and is an invasion of privacy! Too many "nosey" people on the internet!
