Is there anything similar which would make playing along with the grappling matches appealing to people who aren't 14?
Yes they can do, Some change the outcomes of events and other can give buffs. Wenduag for instance grants the Mongrel's Blessing: Immunity to death effects, poison, and electricity. Whenever you land a hit in melee, the enemy must pass a Fortitude saving throw or suffer one permanent negative level I don't recall them doing anything in the first game however

If I had to choose between Lann or Wenduag, it's Lann every time. On the demon playthrough where I kept Wenduag, I actually got annoyed by her hypocrisy and did the true Camellia romance instead. Even replaced Wenduag with corrupted Arueshalae in act 5 with the killing pace bow. But seriously, Wenduag is trash. Would kill her every time. If you take Wenduag, you have to ignore -The lying as early as the shield maze -The fact that she's a cannibal -The fact that she serves a demon, (and only changes sides out of pure opportunism) -The fact that she's killing or converting other mongrels into degenerate, demon-tainted monsters -The fact that she will betray you unless you make specific dialogue choices -The fact that she kills multiple other people when you take her to the surface (Dyra the mongrel, the Crusaders in the bar) -The fact that she's stupid and deluded enough to think she has a chance against the KC after they get feats like defeating Baphomet You have to be thinking with your wrong head to take her over Lann, and any good-aligned character that takes her cares more about their own self-satisfaction then justice for her victims. She's too evil for good characters, and too stupid-evil for any evil character with a shred of foresight Wendy doesn't deserve a happy ending. And don't even get me started on sparing Minagho. The lilitu that once trapped a man within a blessed fountain of healing waters, and lit a fire under the fountain. The man boiled alive in holy water that continued to heal him as fast as it scalded him, kept in undying agony for days on end. She kept the man’s subordinates prisoner and starving, and occasionally she would take a slice of his cooked flesh off of him, and tempt her ravenous prisoners with it. Minagho doesn't deserve any quarter, and even Sarenrae devout like Tristian tell you to smite her.
I loved the game, wanted to replay it but I cant.Idk,in open world rpgs such like fallout games I can go my way and explore places I havent been for the second playtrough pretty fast but in pathfinder the content is mostly the same so I cant just replay it right away.Pillars of eternity 2 is better in this term but I wish wotr was like this too.
It's also why Pillars 2 is a shitty cRPG, because open-world kills the narrative. Thank god Owlcat understands that, I'm so tired of every developer trying to cram the "open-world" aspect into every game just to appease the masses who don't understand game design.

tl;dr Lann was a necessary sacrifice for everyone else's character development.
nah, thats a dislike for disliking the best girl. She's helpfull is she not?
Camellia simps get out my comments REEE!

Glad you enjoyed it!
Eastern Europe does seems to be one of my larger demographics, I should actually play M&M at some point...

In 2 minutes there was an Overlord and a Lisa joke, I just can't not subscribe even though I have to still finish the video I guess
great attention grabber that opening.
If you take Wenduag, you have to ignore
-The lying as early as the shield maze
-The fact that she's a cannibal
-The fact that she serves a demon, (and only changes sides out of pure opportunism)
-The fact that she's killing or converting other mongrels into degenerate, demon-tainted monsters
-The fact that she will betray you unless you make specific dialogue choices
-The fact that she kills multiple other people when you take her to the surface (Dyra the mongrel, the Crusaders in the bar)
-The fact that she's stupid and deluded enough to think she has a chance against the KC after they get feats like defeating Baphomet
You have to be thinking with your wrong head to take her over Lann, and any good-aligned character that takes her cares more about their own self-satisfaction then justice for her victims.
She's too evil for good characters, and too stupid-evil for any evil character with a shred of foresight
Wendy doesn't deserve a happy ending.
The Aeon mystic path goes hard
Calling me out for playing battletech how dare you lol
It was self deprecating joke as much as anything,
I love my combatmath
You’re helpful are you not ?
Fun Review. However you spoil WAY too much with no warning or skip timestamp
MYTHIC
IT'S SPELLED MYTHIC
It's spelt mythic in the scrip too
