I doubt he's going to add many points in the future.Time Raveler has a better chance since almost all UWx Control decks in Modern are running him and he also sees play in some combo decks like Urza ThopterSword and Snowshift. If we get another Teferi in a Standard legal printing that's as good as Time Raveler, maybe he would show up on the list since he would have 2 strong cards, a decent enough card, and a Commander card.

Especially if you can get to his ultimate, whether that be by proliferating or if he survives long enough to get there. On top of that he had the ability to steal any creature or planeswalker, exiling cards from hands, the field and entire libraries. Then dealing massive damage. His newest card can also do so much more, by having all abilities that all planeswalkers on the field can do. He is just stupid good!
