Verbalization comes from thought formations and thoughts are limited and divisive. Even sadhana is a concept and Samadhi is a state that is never constant. The experience of "This" is only there and as you mentioned in the video, the Buddha conveyed that through silence. Wonderful presentation. Thank you for this. 🙏

@@nastarankhoshgou this concept also extends beyond spirituality; think about all the things we might do during the day to not feel feelings that are present. We arent aware of this. It keeps happening , without us realizing it as it happens. If we stop trying to 'avoid feeling our (subconsciously 'unwanted') feelings' by distraction or trying to make them go away, we will grow much faster as a person and also 'spiritually'.🙏🏼

To be honest it is the mind especially subconcious (as you mentioned ) that portrays everything as a duality of good or bad; yes you can actually set yourself free from many of your unconcious patterns by remembering the truth of who you actually are. but at the same time when something triggers sadness, anger, frustration or any other emotion in you, you just let it be that way in the present.
Interestingly, i've read this recently : "You don't need to FEEL better. you need to GET better at FEELING." 🙂

Integration = Integrity = Soul
When the Heart aspires, the Mind inquires and the Will conspires (combines).
Now is constant. Perception is variable.
Empty of ego (separateness) = Full of Life.

Ironically the innermost essence, the Tathagatagarbha, being eternal and not changeable is then the permanent soul or self defying the core tenet of Dependent Origination which the Buddha has taught.🙏
I would venture one of the reasons the Buddha did not make the distinction is that the changeless trancends all linguistic concepts which might capture its experiential nature, including the notion of whether the state is experienced 'by' whatever remains of the self or whether it is a wholly unified experience.
Either way, to assume the changeless represents soul/self is to assume the only way we can experience it is through the soul of self.

"Self"/"Soul" are one and the same as "Consciousness" ~ and as Dr. Schrodinger stated "The total number of minds in the universe is ONE. In fact "CONSCIOUSNESS" is a singularity phasing within ALL beings."
Non being is where awareness comes from along with every particular thing big or small, up or down, right or left. The reason I can't seem to find myself by putting a finger on it so to say is that what's going on is mis understood generally by humanity. It doesn't seem to difficult to understand the same intention born out of one body is the same intention born out of another body. Conditioning defines it until it doesn't. The notions of all these gods of religions does little for the masses. Sure when an apparent being has emptied themself what remains? An ability for non being to be manifestly free. The question that needs to be asked or the requisite desire needed to go down this seeming path is who am I? What am I? Can I find myself in its singular form like we all seem to believe and just take it for granted? No you cannot. Nobody has. Call a realized being what you will but if you name it the imagination kicks in. Better to not put them on a pedestal. If that's what they want then they are seeking attention which is all one needs to see in this case.

What is called "matter" is in itself a mystery. That's why Science is always investigating. We ignore what matter really is. Therefore, we are ignorant.
What is this thing we call "life"? What is this thing we call "consciousness"? We ignore. Knowledge is always incomplete.
What do we have which is closest to ourselves to investigate? We have ourselves. Discovering the basis of myself, I discover the basis of everything.
Who am I? I realize that knowledge is always limited. Beliefs, ideologies, scientific knowledge and philosophy are all limited. I see that knowledge, although limited, has its importance in daily living. But I want to see if it is possible to be free from the state of ignorance.
Through real understanding of the limits of knowledge, can there be a quieting of all mental representations - about the Timeless, about phenomena and about myself? I need a great deal of discontent and great passion to investigate this.
In the quieting of the limited, does not the infinite present itself? In the quieting of the limited, is there not the natural discovery of the unlimited? In that quietness, isn't what apparently covers the limitless, the timeless, the infinite vastness that is my true nature, and that of everything that exists, removed? Can there be any antagonism in this state? Is there not a perception of unity there? Isn't it what is called "love"?
There is no need of beliefs to make this discovery. Beliefs create isolation and antagonisms. The discovery of Truth is infinitely greater than any concept, than any mental construction, than any idea.
Who am I? Will I still resort to what is limited to get the answer? Is not my true nature unknowable from the point of view of the intellect? Isn't my true nature infinite, immeasurable, timeless?
Non duality = no self and no other.

Current state of the current wave of civilization on planet Earth:
- change in the logic of social behavior and the associated process of social hygiene;
- lack of righteous education of future generations;
- depletion of main sources of energy resources (gas and oil will run out by 2050);
- depletion of mineral resources;
- failure of the global control center (USA) to satisfy demographically determined needs
the growing population of the planet;
- environmental pressure on the Earth's biosphere;
Estimated agreed maneuver:
- transfer of control in the regions from the global control center (USA) to regional ones;
- the struggle of regional centers of management concentration for spheres of influence on all priorities

buddism is notoriously famous for the nonself concept. i was even rendered speechless when aproached by such a human being. i knew there was something wrong but couldnt say it. i then thought opps i was probably the wring one. now i am clear what is wrong. thanks for your video. so good. this idea is elusive though. some time it is completely gone in my head. so i got remind again and again here and there. but it is a way of being rather than a way of saying. anyways. just be it (like nike's word just do it). so maybe this is the reason why i keep forgetting it. the reminder is prajna and the state is buddha. isnt it weird when you are in the state you forget about the reminder. when you remember the reminder you are out of the state. so i guess keep forgetting is a good thing maybe? i have no idea.
Our natural world has a balance. We give animals ranks, lion is king etc, lion is in fact egoless, once it gets an ego a big balance gets violated. A wise time tested harmony has been challenged. It does not happen in the natural world, it does happen in human or man realm.
Buddha, Christ, Francis of Assisi, all of their kind understand this corruption as begining of hell. They have seen the balance. They understand it well, they celebrate it more than preach it. Buddha says do not be deluded, Christ says open your hearts.

Mesmerising ... So glad I've found these as I'm now at a point of existing for nothing other than the now moment ... Conceptual forms i once had are rapidly losing their hold and I'm feeling purified and balanced more each day, freeing from the direction Samskaras had me sleepwalking towards .... I feel so innocently neutral now, with no affiliations or connections to anything other than small natural steps towards Samadhi ❤

No self because "self" doesn't makes any sens if "others" and the world doesn't exist outside of "you". The funny thing is, we can talk as much as we want, words such no self are still a mental construction, not the truth.
