Used to watch Vivian in Belfast before dio found him. In a band called sweet savage. Was always a great guitarist. Glad he has done well with his life and dealt with cancer.
I catch these guys every year when they come to town. The last show a couple months ago, I got to meet them backstage. Real friendly & personable. Been a DIO fan my whole life and I'm so grateful these guys keep his music alive.
Check yourself when asking for more passion and enthusiasm from Viv and Vinny. Your obviously not a true metalhead. These two are ABSOLUTE LEGENDS! Had you grown up in the early 80's you would know that just seeing them today on stage should bring you to your knees with appreciation. The Singer Andrew Freeman is the weak link. Bass player is weak too. I wouldn't pay 10 bucks to see them even. Vivian should have apologized to Ronnie decades ago and joined then. This is too late and overkill. People are burnt out on this.

No one can ever replace the legendary Ronnie James Dio, but this new singer is gifted in his own right, and the band has some very good new material on their studio albums.

Look at Vinnie with the extra rack toms! I haven't seen him use a kit with those since Heaven and Hell.

I am SO out of it! I thought this was a Dio tribute band when they popped up on my feed. Best sounding tribute band ever... LOL!
The drummer could at least show a little enthusiasm

YES. This Singer sucks. Image is horrible. Ronnie was way better and cooler. Move on guys. Their originals suck too.
