Haven't seen Laura Martin in a while, since her take on the WWE
Is this real? Anyone can offer to buy something. If the seller says yes, can the buyer buy it?
It's more complicated than that. Shari Redstone is represented by the Paramount board and M&A advisors on the best possible choice. They are exploring all the options independently from Shari. I pray that Byron Allen gets this deal. It would be the biggest upset in media and entertainment in the last 100 years. But the media has already chosen a buyer (by opinion) and is rallying behind David Ellison/Skydance Media as the likely suitor.
did she forget about Netflix?

Sorry company worth 44b at minimum 14 is spitting in someones face
Not really. The company's market cap is $9B. So, paying $14B is still a premium. But paying $30B is the holy grail! It rewards all shareholders and Shari Redstone.
