Thank you so much po sir! You save me huhu kasi una ko ginagawa iniisa isa ko talaga siya copy and paste kaya buong ko ginawa yung 256 na certificates. Nung natapos na ako naconvert ko na siya in pdf don ko napansin na mali pala yung format na ginawa ko dapat pala naka capitalize lahat ng names. Kaya maraming salamat!!!!

Hello Sir Louie thank you for the tutorial video and the new learning. I followed your tutorial with 7 variables considered and it works except for the average grade. The average grade in the generated certificates would not appear as desired. I set the average grade in 2 decimal places in excel but in the generated certificates it would appear in different decimal places. Do you have idea how to set it so that it will appear in 2 decimal places? Thank you...

hello po! kindly check the decimal format in MS Excel. It should be rounded of to two decimal places (used the ROUND formula/function). If you just used the adjust decimal places button (increase/decimal buttons) it will still show the actual decimal places when transferred to MS Word
