The normal squads are...worse than poor T6 planes on T8 and the only good part or...really interesting is the special squad of B-25's which are more tankier than a full midway bomber squad on T10 (and these planes are the main source of dmg on the carrier) Nothing a simple Kaga could not do better,easier and quicker...and with probably more joy
Actually not the worst, the regular t8 british carrier is the worst, so is the t10 one, those have no real powers and still they are op compared to any class since sitting back and striking from distance.. only thing you need to watch out for is not striking groups of ships.. rest is auto farm engaged..
