Does the Super 99 at 1:00 have a Cummins 5.9 in it?

It looked like it to me. I doubt Super 99's came with turbocharged diesels from the factory. It looked like the engine had 6 valve covers on it like a 12-valve 5.9.

why are they plowing so deep? its a waste of fuel, plus their turning up all that sour ground, the richest ground is in the top six inches, and unless they are planting potatoes there is no other crop that gets planted deeper then three inches.

Jennifer Willenbring I've been to a lot of tractor shows with plowing demonstrations and it's always mass confusion. I've noticed alot of collectors are not farmers or even know much about farming. There is farmers there too but not as many as you would think. You can tell the ones who know what they are doing. Who spins out coming to a complete stop plowing before realizing they need to lift it up a little for instance. Or worse is the ones who try and show off going way to fast. And you can forget about any adjusting the plow to try and do a decent job

I agree and when that heavy plowed soil dries out it will be like asphalt.
