Don't take the default nuke camera. Do your camera projection on the first frame of your tracked camera. Duplicate your tracked camera(Don't delete duplicate camera keyframes). Then delete all the keyframes after the first frame of the camera which you are using for camera projection. Use your duplicate camera to see your camera-tracked animation that's why we copied the camera before deleting all keyframes. One camera is for projection and the second camera is for animation
