Bro i have the same gapps (Arm-10-Pico) whenever i install a custom rom for this device can i use the same gapps or do i have to download another gapps?

This is pretty amazing except only 2 problems that I'm facing with this:
1. Play store says that my device is not compatible with the Netflix app. I tried installing an apk but that doesn't work either.
2. Google assistant is not working.
I can live with the 2nd problem. But the 1st one is a serious issue for me.
I hope as experts you will be able to find a solution for this. Your help will be appreciated.

my phone is not going to the twrp recovery mode. it just boots up like normal. i'm holding vol up+ home + power buttons together. but doesn't work.

After install TWRP with odin don't open the system and go directly to TWRP Recovery
