I had a tiny albo cutting but it got killed by thrips, would love this beautiful luna Regina, Denmark love the pot, it´s very pretty. I did that once too but without a kit. I just glued it back together and then painted the glue gold as I already had some good gold paint. I even filled in a gorner where I lost the tiny shard with air dry clay and painted that gold as well.

But especially bladluizen [aphids] loved mine this summer and I had to chop up my M. deliciosa albo and M. adensonii mint and regrow them from cuttings because of those little bumholes. 😢

Love the pot. Enjoyed the mask 😉 I like doing this as well Using “sateprikkers” (bamboo skewers?) and wet cottonswabs to fix the blodging. You can also add some gold dust to the finished result with a brush when the epoxy has almost dried Already have a variegated Monstera, so I didn’t comment for that, but you will make someone very happy with it, it is gorgeous!
Oohh smart!! Saté prikkers wouldn't be ruined like the brush. And yes I added powder when it was almost dry, I forgot to film it. Definitely don't do it right away like I tried, that only made more of a mess 😅 thank you!
@@plantwithroos and they have hard tips, very convenient! Hahaha that happened to me as well 😅 Also just a heads up… not all epoxy glue is the same, some brands dry slower and/or stay sticky for longer.. its trial and error as timing is crucial
Omg haha I know this because last time I tried, my boyfriend had some epoxy left over from his surfboard making so I used that instead and that was a big mistake - the pot did not stick together as it is much slower drying!! So now I used the epoxy from the kit which dries in 5 minutes, so much easier 👌
@@plantwithroos I now use the slower drying one for larger mends (for less stress “oh no I am running out of time, its already drying and I am not even halfway”) and the faster drying one for small chips (not having to wait so long before trying to put the parts together)

I also use it - i just have tiny holes in the bottles on the "cap" and on the bottom of the bottle for air /pressure flow, so they drip slower. Currently i think i have 10-15 poles:D so its a lot of work.
