Not really for many of us we have been through a few hype seasons and didn’t meet expectations. 2019 is the most recent besides last year but last year was mostly related to injuries of course. We should have done so much more in 2019 it was kind of disappointing considering our talent.
This is what makes the final game v. UCF even more perplexing... You have the obvious choice with the tds to finish the year and after that... Colorado or TCU?! ...but it's Big XII (Texas) so my expectations for anything intelligent was lost decades ago.
Never under estimate athletes from the state of Texas. Utah is just way too comfortable thinking they going to just rollover the big 12. I hope TCU spank that azz like old times.
The biggest change for Utah is going from liitle brother in the PAC12 to big brother in the BIG12. It is kind of funny but that's how the world turns. One day you are an up and comer and the next you are the establishment.
Not big on sonny. Before the natty run he only had a few p5 wins and he coached 3 years at a p5 school. The natty run he won a lot of close games, didn't pick the right qb. Got lucky chandler got hurt. They did go after alot of lineman for this year. They have been the 3rd best recurit team before sonny. Smu going p5 will help kept them down a lil. Just like with patterson had Good years and bad. We get alot of utah kids that do well. Mite try to own utah before going to Texas. Texas has a toon of players lots of teams have majority of ther players from there.
we don't talk about the 2010 matchup
Give me Utah versus TCU every season.

Still have a bitter taste from the beatdowns we received in 09 and 10. I’m looking forward to seeing Utah get some revenge. (Hopefully)

One of the more humble and respectful guests you’ve had on I’d say
It's hard not to be confident as a Ute fan

Im excited about this game coming back.
There for sure will be a surprise B12 team this year, it’s just a matter of what team that is. Could easily be TCU

Believe me any Utah fan that was there for those MW losses against TCU knows to respect TCU, Gary Patterson, and Texas football in general

Devin Lloyd is not from Texas dude. He’s from Chula Vista, CA. 🤡
TCU isn’t even on the same planet as Utah.
Correct. TCU has a Rose bowl win. Also has a CFP win.
