I think that the Utes and BYU should go to the newly forming PAC12

I like UU in Big XII They will be a force once they get it going . Big X II needs all schools to be competitive

What I think will happen soon is Big 12 and other non Big 10 or SEC schools will be where guys come instead of waiting on the bench. Let's say I'm a 5 star QB and i really want to go to Texas. Do I really want to sit behind Arch for the next couple of years or do I want to play now? Personally I'd rather play for a school like Utah but once Arch moves to the NFL I'm transferring to my dream school of Texas.

ASU beat Texas in the playoffs. Refs just stole it from them with their incompetence. Field goal CAN bounce thru and that was textbook targeting that they didn't call. Even after reviewing it.

New Mexico averaged 31 points against P4 schools and Utahs defense held an average of 24 points. That's a touchdown difference. Utahs only issue was Cam Rising not being available two years in a row. If Utah has a qb that was putting up 31 points a game they win the Big12 conference. Simple Math.

Utes are so good they were predicted to win this year and next year. They are so good.

I love having Utah in the big 12 and I would love for them to be the villain. It’s a great role for them. That’s good for the league. The money will come during the next cycle. I would think you tall would rather be one of the bigger fishes in the pond versus the other way around in the B1G.

I’ve never heard about a team talk more about leaving a conference that they just joined. And then follow up that talk with their worst season in 30 years. Face it, Utah has reached their peak. Coach Whitt has a few more years left and then it’s rebuilding. The next decade of Utah football will not be like the last decade of Utah Football. They’ll be lucky to see the CFP at all in that time.

The fact the Utes even talk about this shows how delusional the fan base is.

4:26 UT did beat the pants off the MID 12 on their way out the door and this year beat the little 12's best team before losing to THE OHIO STATE.

Here’s to hoping Morgan Scalley is Dan Lanning or Kenny Dillingham 2.0. As far as Whit leading Utah to a Big XII title in the age of semi-pro, multi-million NIL deals? Fuhgedaboutit! Whittingham is a Rocky Balboa in the age of Jake Paul’s. As much as we love nostalgia, it just doesn’t make sense.

Unfortunately, BYU is the only team in our league with an extremely wealthy alumni base. They’re also the only team with a huge fanbase and a National profile large enough to thrive in the current environment. The rest of our conference is just struggling to stay afloat. We need to do everything we can to just work hard and develop the players we’re able to get. Difficult times ahead. GO UTES‼️

During Utah's best year in the Pac 12 they lost to Iowa State and BYU before conference games started.

The problem is you allow Big10 and SEC to make their move first.

Maybe I’ll be wrong to feel this way but I’m not exactly jazzed about getting #2 or #3 WR’s from the MWC, or even picking up Temu Britain Covey from Mississippi State who has barely seen the field in 2 seasons. Especially when we could have had highly touted guys like Jerome Myles, Joseph Williams, and O’Mega Blake. Though given the passing production the last two seasons I can’t necessarily blame highly touted receivers for not wanting to take a gamble and play here. I really really hope Dorian Singer can be granted another year.

The Utah administration, coaches and fans are toxic right now. Until they start looking inwards instead of blaming all the problems on someone else not much will change. People don’t thrive in that environment.

It is incredible how quickly so calked fans will turn on a team if the team has a losing season. Or, maybe a lot of the comments here are from people who support Utah foes, like BYU. Nothing like kicking someone when be is down.

Utah's AD publicly embarrassed its school and the Big12 conference. The rot starts from the top down. Hilariously, utah fans are still expecting a call from the BIG!

Utah seems like they are a program in decline.....I am concerned that the AD did nothing but hurt Utah's image this year in the big 12 and that Witt for being such a great coach for Utah didn't forsee the disaster situation at QB. I think it will take UT a number of years to turn around the bad vibe in the locker room.

ASU is losing their best player and one of the best players in the country. Can't simply replace his production, despite what Richie said. Just like Colorado can't replace Shadeur & Hunter. Skattebo opened up the whole offense for Leavitt and Tyson, much like Jeanty did for Madsen. Defenses are going to play them much differently next year now that they don't have to worry about Skettebo.
