This is SORTA wrong for a 1994 f-150 5.0. Only 2 bolts on top by radiator hold it in and 2 at the bottom which are accessed UNDER BUMPER. There is ZERO reason to remove grill and rubber weather stripping. Wrong. Unbolt radiator. Lean towards engine. Unbolt condenser and lines, unbolt bottom bolts from UNDER bumper. Slide out between radiator and radiator support. Grill has no reason to come out. At all.
