Well for me, Steamed Hams is the first Simpsons clip I've seen. Since then I have seen more bits and pieces from the show and like two full episodes, but that's it.
This literally sounds like someone acting out the storyboard, the fact that it's an almost perfect recreation this is like one of the best Hams ever Steamed
You know, this voice acting is quite similar to the voice actors you can hear on episodes of the Simpsons. Hahaha no no, patented "Toothpaste man" voice, old family recipe.
I was expecting this to be good, but not in a "shockingly accurate" kind of way. I loved the dry explanations of what they're doing during the parts with no dialogue, too.
I love how this feels like the "behind the scenes" rough draft for the episode being explained to the actual VA's for Superintendent Chalmers and Skinner before they begin their recording session in the booths, just put over the actual animation from the episode. The voices were spot on too, holy shit lol
I think the only thing that could have made this sound even more like an early take would be if Skinner said “Dinner” instead of “Luncheon”, but that wasn’t the point
this may be the most relatable comment i've ever seen. for a while that was the "yes" that played in my head whenever i typed out yes and i couldn't remember where it was from

Mad respect for knowing it by heart, I too watched its edits so many times that I can recite it any time even tho I watched the original episode only once many years ago xD
I can tell which parts the timing is off because the clip had to be sped up and slowed down to fit the timing of the recording which makes me think that the voice Recording was done on the fly from memory without watching a screen to follow the lip flaps or show the duration of the transitions- therefore, This is actually top tier.
The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Fuck and Suck".

Chalmer's voice is in the back of your nasal cavity and you can sometimes feel a bit of air come out of your nose as you do it, Skinner's voice is in the bottom of the throat with your nasal cavity cut off air-wise. Hopefully that helps.
