Honky Tonk was great on this! He must've been a pain to work with, considering WWF didn't send him on many more press tours (that I recall).
Man did his career tank after losing the IC title.
Not his fault though. Vince kept making him more and more cartoonish although he did main event Saturday Night's Main Event against Hogan afterwards
But he was right about one thing he didn’t lose that belt it was taken away from him because they wanted to build the warrior
