Well, as surprising as it sounds, the time it takes people to write doesn’t depends on the amount of pages they’re aiming for.

I know this was a year ago but I just want to say you are my inspiration to write my own novel. Currently, it lays at 9,796 words and my goal is to get to 50,000 by the time my birthday arrives (June 14). Hearing your experience as a teen writer makes me realize that it is possible. I'm 17 currently, will be 18 here soon. I've written stories for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to actually make my own story come to life. Thank you so much for inspiring me!

I haven't read Leaving Wishville yet (I'm going to this august), but I am really inspired by your work. I'm currently worried about falling down the same path you did with The Sky Weeps With Us. It's extremely stressful writing the first draft as a twelve-year-old, but I'm going to do several drafts, attempt to get an editor, and use your tips during the process of writing it! You're amazing and I can't wait to read your book!

Hullo Mel, Can you please tell me:
How do you find Beta readers or like can you explain what is a Beta Reader and how to find them or pay them or anything close to it? I'm sorry if this makes no sense because it felt like a great question in my head but now that I'm typing this...I'm beginning to question my question.
And How do you improve your dialogue? like I'm writing about God and how he fell and his son took over to become the Old Testament God and etc. and my dialogue is so horrible, its just plain old-cardboard characters can you please tell us (because I'm sure I'm not the only one with the question, right?) how to IMPROVE dialogue or come up with a specific voice for characters ?
I did research on this (googled it, watched some videos) and almost all the results suggested to go out more and listen to other peoples' conversation and it'll kind of develop on its own. But you know, Its CORONAVIRUS!
(highly appreciated if this got added to your next video and not replied here in the comments)
    P.S Please do
    P.S Thank You
P.S Very Good drawing, what do you mean that 'you are not an artist?'
    Sincerely,
    -Bod,
