I actually worked in that hospital a long time ago, I believe they filmed it in the old part of the cottage-style buildings that were going to be torn down. Honestly it's the creepiest hospital I've ever seen, especially at night. I'd be waiting for my ride outside in the middle of the woods, at night. There's no noise so it's even more anxiety-inducing.
Shoutout to the brave camera-men of the three Ginger Snaps movies for risking their lives to show us these vicious werewolf attacks. Amen.
