EP 07 CRT SS 7900 All Mode Power Tests

Does the CRT SS 7900 Power Meter Tell the truth on output power? We test all modes using a Rohde & Schwarz NRP8S Power Sensor!
Note: The power meter on the CRT 7900 averages power in both AM & SSB which reads lower than an actual power sensor in these modes

Many thanks for another video about the ss7900! Interesting stuff! Good to know that's it's doing pretty much what it says it should! I have to say I've had nothing but good reports so far, and love using it. Look forward to your car install, keep up the good work!

Hey Nik, glad you are enjoying the radio, I'm quite impressed myself. The Receive could be a little more selective, I'm waiting for a SINAD Meter to arrive to see if the sensitivity can be improved / adjusted, regards, Mike
