MAX FREDRIKSON IS BACK!! Your videos are so inspirational and fun dude I am so excited to watch this banger. Your videos make me remember why I love mountain biking.
Sick build! My fav videos of your are the ones of you n theo messing around, goofin off and laughing your asses off. Thats what I want to see more of! And ofc contest coverage, but the dicking around with friends vids are so relatable and I love it
Yeeeeessss MAX is back! So happy, you are just the Best! Really you give me so much motivation for riding. Always a pleasure to Watch ur vids. Keep it up!
It is so nice to have you back max hope you enjoy your holiday cannot wait to see what you have install for us this year and I hope you have a amazing comp season. how do you know we will support you through thick and thin
Keep them coming my man. My favorites are when you’re horsing around with your buddies but these builds are number 2. I get so jealous of your stockroom. Good stuff.
Nice XTR chain tensioner you've got there! 😉 Another way to run your brake hose through the steerer is to use a 'BMX' style star nut. They have a M10 hollow bolt instead of the M6(?) on a normal star nut. If you have a Dremel sitting around then your technique is just as good, probably 15 grams lighter as well!
@@adrianherrell661 On a hardtail as long as you can move the back wheel to take the slack out of the chain you don't need a chain tensioner. Having a chain tensioner does, as you say, make it easier to change gear ratio without having to mess with chain length. In this case however, the main reason he needs some sort of chain tensioner is because as the suspension moves the chain needs to grow/shrink or it will derail or tear the bike apart. Edit: Before anyone complains that slopestyle bikes have suspension and often no chain tensioner, that's because the swingarm rotates around the BB so the chainstay length doesn't change as it moves. Or you might find they are using a chain tensioner but its tucked up behind the chainstay where you can't see it.
LOL back in the day mid 90s we used to have to sand our brake rotors with 120 grit sandpaper when they got cooked by the brake pads. Plus my Hope brakes would heat up and eventually compress and lock the brakes. LOL never actually happened to me, but I saw it happen to other riders. LOL The bikes have come so far and you guys are enjoying the best bikes ever built. I envy you guys a bit, but I had my fun too, just a little more sketchy. LOL
noooo we miss the max and theo bike builds, the grinder work.....
Coming back in 2024😂
@@MaxFredrikssonI hope so that is the best duo I’ve ever seen please show off the grinder skills we all want it haha. Cheers.

Dude the quality of these videos is soo good!
Thaank you!👊🏼 love making them!
You know you've done well in life when you use XTR derailleur as a single speed tensioner 😂It's a sick build Max, can't wait to see you ride it 💪
New max video just dropped, LFG!!
Cheers dude!

@@MaxFredriksson holy shit you responded.

That rear XTR derailleur is anything but not a nice tensioner.. There are more elegant and stylish solutions like a chain tensioner for single speed🤣
@@user88.. That's exactly my point, the winky face was supposed to convey sarcasm but it obviously wasn't clear enough.
ok ok we already understand each other:D@@sandy_knight
It looks like he has 4 gears on the rear hub so can change the ratio without altering chain length etc.

Love the marzocchi suspension. Just very simple and reliable.
Hell yeaaaah Max! Sweet ride. Nice video. Keep it up!
Thanks dude👊🏼🙏🏼
@@MaxFredriksson You're welcome! Love you, man!
I don’t know why you used xtr but a Shimano Saint derailleur would be much cleaner
This is so sick ❤❤
Thanks dude 👊🏼
How much travel does it have and how big are the wheels?
Hey max I love your videos! In 2024 you should come to cattywoods it would ba a blast
such a nice build cant wait to see how the carbon rims hold up
Much love to everyone in the chat from Kansas USA

Great Video! So good to see you again!
A $360 xtr derailer is totally the perfect chain tensioner
What a Bike and the Paint is Amazing....Nice🤙👽
Sick build. U running 27.5 or 29 wheels?
Did you use the 160mm fork and what kind of travel is in the back? :)
Babe WAKE UP Max uploaded!!!!!!!
As a poor, seeing an xtr mech used only as a chain tensioner hurts 😂😂😂
I have a question, do you planing to do a new video in Flottsbro soon?
The fact you never see pro's with marzocchi rear is crazy. Like its actually good with a tune. I would almost say better than fox air cans.
Looks sick bro 👊🏽💙
So clean
lets see some spins!
@Max Fredriksson What size bike are you riding and how tall are you?
Legend!! ❤
Snyggt Max, vilken slaglängd på gaffel blev det? Visst finns Habit som både 130 & 140 bak också?
Hey, beautiful bike! Is it the Habit LT or default habit?
is this a 29 or a 27,5 ? thanks for the video !
It’d be fun to add it all up at retail price😮
Good one
Where is the kickflip that was in every garage video? Hope that you can still do it
29er?
🎉
Lfg new max video
I miss my prophet with carbon leftie .
Hey Max, jag har ingen cykel för 2024 än, får jag köpa en av dina😉🤭
Now you and Sam can agrue what is the best bike 🤣
Nice bike, but I gotta say XTR with Marzocchi is kinda jarring.
Just dropped by as like wtf is slopeduro
The waste of an xtr rear mag haha
Imagine the car is getting stolen. The thieths are haveing 50k in Bikeparts😅
Would look so sick with the white z1 😍😍
