About Re:Monster, I read the manga and I learned here was an anime through my little brother who stalk the annoncement of anime each season. And when I heard him talk about the decisions made to bring the story to screen... BRO!! THEY BUTHCHERED IT!!! What do you mean there is a whole ass full screen to annonce the number of days?!?! Whar are thos character designs?!?!? What did they do to the artist's designs!?!?!! And now I hear that you can't tell why he is doing all those things in the story?!? You can't tell the goal of the protagonist?!?! WHAT DID THEY DO TO MY BOY!?!?!!! I realy hope they stop showing the days with full screen because, later on, there are days where very little things happens, or even close to nothing happens. And I know the manga design may not actualy be the way the author imagined it and the anime was also approved, BUT! This is a story predating Shittara Slime and Overlord while they had anime SOONER. BRO!!! And Shittara Slime was a webnovel before being a lightnovel, then a manga, THEN an anime! IDK about Overlord BUT GEEZE!!!
For me it’s Kaiju No 8 then Wind Breaker in second. Might be biased though since I’ve read Kaiju and know what’s coming this season. Depending how far we get in the story you’ll easily see the best anime fights of the season in Kaiju.
As a manwha reader of viral hit, I agree with you that the romance with Bomi is kinda dull. But Viral hit gets really good and fix your issues with the characterisation once the XJ company gets introduced (aka the league of evil UA-camrs)
I would assume so. I was raised right outside New Orleans which was the murder capital of the 90’s. Many kids I went to school with grew up to be killed in gang violence or thrown in jail. I’d assume my situation was worse than most although there were definitely neighborhoods in the 9th Ward (The most violent part of New Orleans) that had it far worse than me.

Imo windbreaker should win anime of the year if it keeps up this level of quality

I assumed it would have to at least to an extent. Like I said I know it’s not entirely fair to judge the show based on only 6 episodes.
Windbreaker is awesome also if you haven’t watch frieren you should give it a shot.
If you haven’t, you should definitely watch jujitsu kaisen, first season is good, second season is great
