Justin Bieber is lucky in that his face and head look good from every angle - so he can pull off a lot of different hairstyles and look great in them. I think the look he had on the cover of his "Purpose" album is the peak of his physical beauty, from hair to face to body, just beautiful. Lately he has looked a bit scruffy and it does not suit him; wish he put more effort into what he looks like, because God graced him with beauty and he should showcase that to the best of his ability. And, you failed to mention that Justin is known for being a hair trendsetter not only for the hair on his head, but the fact that The Biebs has single-handedly made pubes popular again. Iconic!

It's literally the same as Zayn's quiff, which he already covered in a previous video
No it's not, Justin bieber quiff requires a flat iron to form the spikes in the front while Zayn's quiff is just an all around straight up blow dried quiff
YES HE SHOULD. Justin’s quiff From 2013/2014 it had way more of a perfect curled look unlike Zayns which was more of a normal messy quiff. Joe should for sure do a tutorial on it!!
