Let me clear this up for you. This is common - very few HS's have a men's Volleyball team. So they get the girls Varsity team and they play against the random senior boys who want to play. It's all just for fun. Everyone is very aware that an actual boys volleyball team would demolish any girls team.

The spikes are usually pretty weak and aren't high enough... and their net is lowered. They hardly block balls so it's usually more a game of returns. Btw it's not that girls can't be good at sports, but they can't really he at guys lvls. Most sports were created by men for men, this included volleyball. So while they can play, things have to be changed for them to participate.

Girls' teams in high school usually consist of rep volleyball players, whereas guys' teams usually consist of soccer/basketball players. This guys' team wasn't the greatest, the senior team at my school could probably play college-level volleyball and would cream these teams.

Their play however looks like "picked sport as core subject and played some volleyball there". I honestly think this video does girls playing volleyball all over the world more injustice than the boys. An average actual high school level volleyball team looks a lot better in my experience and would have slaughtered those boys (and in turn would have got slaughtered by an actual team of boys on the same level because spikes are just way faster with a higher average on strength), which highlights how dumb it is to upload this as a "girls vs boys". Let them do their thing and have fun, at least they get out of their house; there's no need to make this a gender fight, especially without knowing the background of the game.
