I'm from Rosario, Argentina (yes, the same place where Messi comes from) and last year I was watching a football/soccer match in a local club, where they played a "professional" team of females in between their late 20's and mid 30's vs a bunch of dudes from highschool half the girl's age, but double their height and body mass. Guess how the match went? the professional team was utterly humiliated by some teenagers.

Yeah, I had to humble a star female sprinter that I went to high school with. She was about the fastest girl in the state. It was surreal the way she dominated other girls at our track meets. I wasn’t even a “runner”. I was a basketball & high jump athlete. One day in practice she told me she could “smoke me in a race” in front of a bunch of people. I was like “are you being serious right now?”. She said “yes”. So we went and lined up on the track.. I had never seriously raced a girl before, let alone one who’s a track star. I told myself “well, since she has all these gold medals, and she supposed to be really fast, I’m going to race her just like she’s a man”.. We took off. She hung with me for a few seconds but once I hit top speed I started leaving her like she was walking. Then she quit the race to save herself further embarrassment.
These women need a reality check. I was in the young marines for 4 years. It's harder for women, they have to constantly compete. There not faster there not stronger. And they make a lot of freaked up decisions because there in a position, that naturally they shouldn't be in. And I hate to see it. I had young marine soldiers that CRIED, because of decisions that a woman commander made, during training. So we had to put her down and tell her "Hey you know what? Maam? It's not happening anymore. From now on, you let the guys do THEIR job, and you just stand there!" It's like an Olympian saying "I can run so fast I can run faster than a car." Like no you can't, you'll never be faster than a average or even a beat up slow car in a race, it's the same way with men vs women.
Was she the same height as you though? It would be farcical for her to race a basketball start if she isn't at least the same height - your stride length would give you a massive advantage.

The mixed relay is obviously 2 women, 2 men. As a former swimming coach we'd arrange our relays like: Fastest swimmer swims anchor, (swims last) 2nd fastest swims first, third fastest swims second and the slowest one always goes third. I'd suppose running relays would be arranged the same way. So it would make sense that the slowest runners, (the women in this case, no matter how good they are, will be slower than the men) would run 2nd and third leg.
This is exactly why I can't wrap my head around how transgenderism and (modern) feminism are both in the same political party. Even someone whose blind could see that it's a self-defeating system of beliefs, if they actually support either at all.

I can't remember exactly what event it was, but I was looking at times the other day and the women's world record for the event wasn't in the top 5,000 men's time. I'm not trying to take away from female athletes but there's a clear biological difference and pretending there isn't is unfair to women.

This happened to me in high school. Some girl thought she was faster than me. She boasted how she plays soccer and does track. We raced. I was so far ahead halfway through I started running backwards.

Yeah, I had to humble a star female sprinter that I went to high school with. She was about the fastest girl in the state. It was surreal the way she dominated other girls at our track meets. I wasn’t even a “runner”. I was a basketball & high jump athlete.
One day in practice she told me she could “smoke me in a race” in front of a bunch of people. I was like “are you being serious right now?”. She said “yes”. So we went and lined up on the track..
I had never seriously raced a girl before, let alone one who’s a track star. I told myself “well, since she has all these gold medals, and she supposed to be really fast, I’m going to race her just like she’s a man”..
We took off. She hung with me for a few seconds but once I hit top speed I started leaving her like she was walking. Then she quit the race to save herself further embarrassment.
These women need a reality check. I was in the young marines for 4 years. It's harder for women, they have to constantly compete. There not faster there not stronger. And they make a lot of freaked up decisions because there in a position, that naturally they shouldn't be in. And I hate to see it. I had young marine soldiers that CRIED, because of decisions that a woman commander made, during training. So we had to put her down and tell her "Hey you know what? Maam? It's not happening anymore. From now on, you let the guys do THEIR job, and you just stand there!" It's like an Olympian saying "I can run so fast I can run faster than a car." Like no you can't, you'll never be faster than a average or even a beat up slow car in a race, it's the same way with men vs women.
Was she the same height as you though? It would be farcical for her to race a basketball start if she isn't at least the same height - your stride length would give you a massive advantage.

The mixed relay is obviously 2 women, 2 men.
As a former swimming coach we'd arrange our relays like: Fastest swimmer swims anchor, (swims last) 2nd fastest swims first, third fastest swims second and the slowest one always goes third.
I'd suppose running relays would be arranged the same way.
So it would make sense that the slowest runners, (the women in this case, no matter how good they are, will be slower than the men) would run 2nd and third leg.

The Nigerian team put their men on the first and third legs, leaving a woman to run the last leg against men. So even though the Nigerian man who ran the 3rd leg built up a commanding lead against the women in that leg, the Nigerian woman who ran the last leg ridiculously squandered that lead when she ran against men.
