I bet he is looking forward to getting it back. I looked for some door parts for you car, but no luck so far. Have a awesome weekend with the wife and kids...
I call the supplier and ask to purchase replacement parts. If they don’t sell them then I try to purchase them on EBay. If I can’t get them on eBay, I try to modify the pen and make it without that part. If all that fails, I have a box of parts that I save in case I need something on a future pen. Regards, Bob
Any idea how to fix a loose section of a luxury pen? I got one and when I write I feel my finger tips being pinched slightly whenever I write. The section appears to be perfectly tight when I test but it's when I write that feel that slight shaky movement causing the pinch.
I’m not sure as I am unaware of the exact pen you have. If it’s a luxury pen, maybe contact the company you got it from and ask them. The wrong repair technique can ruin the pen. Regards, Bob
About the only thing I can think of would be to cut that section off of the blank and apply a new piece. It would be very tricky to align and once the blank is turned thin, you may have issues pressing the components into the blank. Unless it’s an expensive blank, I might look more at purchasing a replacement tube and remaking that blank from scratch. Regards, Bob
Nice video. I have a problem that may be a bit different from this issue. I have a Parker twist ballpoint. When I twist it, the refill won't move. I can't pop the cap off as you did here. Have you any words of wisdom on how to make the refill move down and up?
Your fix looks great! I have been desperately looking for a pair of pliers or vice grips like that. I don't suppose you remember where you purchased them?
Hello, I’m afraid I can’t help you. The pens I make are no where near the quality of a Christian Dior or a Choppard. I have never seen either of those pens so I do not know how they disassemble, I wish I did, I would have loved to help. I do not want to give you bad advice. Regards, Bob
I remove the nut, add a dot of C/A or Epoxy to the inside of the tube then replace they nut. Be sure to let it dry overnight before replacing the click and cap. Once dry, you can reassemble the pen. Regards, Bob
question to the CLICK pen makers, im holding ink into top part to check click mech and button just wont work on one of them. out of 3 same brand /style /make...... Berea just told me that pen has to be completely put together to work !!! is this true for some click pens ??
RJBWoodTurner didn't even think about the throw away plastic pens. I love the stuff you do on your channel, lots of creative ideas for a new turner such as myself! Keep up the great work, Jason
maybe some blue locktite so that the transmission doesn't unthread through normal use. You would still be able unthread the transmission without trouble. The blue locktite just helps stop threads from backing out due to vibration or light use.
Kindly help me sir i have a click pen It was gifted to my by my uncle he passed away recently that pen is the only thing i have right now The problem with pen is the top click pen part is stuck and the upper part is tightly attached or fixed it is unable to open 😢 kindly help
I have no idea which style pen you have so I am not sure how to disassemble it. I would have to see the pen first and look it over to determine how it comes apart or if it comes apart. Can you shoot a video of the pen showing it from all sides and demonstrating the issue it has. I may not be able to help but may know someone who can once I have a good grasp of the issue. help!!! i have a pen with the same type of cartraige, it says "HUB PEN 13C", and it wont write!! it seems to be that the ball isn't rolling, and the pen looks very nice, so I don't want to damage it! if anyone here scrolling thru comments can help, (as long as its a safe and trusted method that has very little chance of messing the pen up) please lmk!

How/where can you fix disposable pens? Everything is mass produced, so repair services are hard to find
I know of nowhere that fixed disposable pens. You would just have to get creative and I’d bet you could figure it out.

How do you get the cap and clip back on if the nut inside is loose
