Let simmer & serve with whatever toppings you like! Try the ‘once upon a chef’ recipe for corn muffins. It’s easy, works great with 1 to1 GF flour and better yet they freeze great. So you can pull out enough for dinner whenever you need them. Also try adding 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to your chilli….out of this world. I always double batch my chilli, usually in the instapot so I have a spare meal in the freezer for crazy days
