If the dining room sounder keeps making its tone ring more than once not hi and lo then that could be a fault with a sound wire that it's connected up to you might want to disable that sounder and check the whole of it out
If the sounders are broken switch them offline then check the wiring if the wiring is faulty and cannot be fixed then replace it if it's not faulty then do a hard reset on the system to reset the wiring
It's no wonder the sounder went faulty putting a steaming kettle upto them!! Steam is moisture and moisture and electric don't generally tend to go well together.
could put that down in the description of how NOT to test your multi-sensors :P. I switched to using a dry heat source (Hairdryer) a good while ago the steam doesn't do anything good, the device itself and the ceiling, this was almost 2 years ago I am not too sure about my reasoning behind using the kettle think it may have been the convenience of it just being there.
the panel firmware has been updated and that has sorted a few issues. the sounders silence almost immediately. I haven't had any issue with that sounder base ever since. gave the connections an inspection and the wire connecting the piezo element and feedback is ok and not loose there also was nothing to see with the loop wiring all is ok.

That’s why you do system tests! To find faults and fix them!
Lol, that sounder has had it 😂
That sounds like a 7002t American fire alarm

you have permission to remix that part of the video. :P

Sounded like one of those USA old simplex horns when it first went faulty
Sounds like a US fire alarm when it's in normal operation.
@@colewood8288 you really don't like US fire alarms..
@@yeety1208 same
2:40 sounds like march time but on an Apollo sounder base lol
does a bit.
cool fire alarm video
the dining room sounder is holding its tone. apollo sounders sometimes do that
Sam Elliott true but it shouldn't really be doing that
Tone holds are cool tho they create nice harmony
Why isn’t this this a tone?
LOL IKR

ur dog is adorable
6:35 it worked OK for a couple of seconds lol
oh yh
First time I heard XP95 doing pulse instead of Hi-Lo. And I thought that base on the landing was a beacon base.
George Munks Fire alarms and trainspotting I believe he said that alarm is a beacon base only
I'm concerned why a multisensor has a white beacon and no sound I know it's just a beacon base but all alarms should have sound to alert of fire
@@Callsign_Ghost77 You could use it as a warning in toilets
@@yeety1208 thats true
I think the multisensor had a bit of a delay

love ya dog awwww!
for the sounder base can you change the volume?
there is a little potentiometer and a dipswitch on the circuit board for setting the volumes.
Atleast it sounds. Lol
That's why you do fire drills kids!
this is a test not a drill. drills are to test the people.
I am aware.

Test Logs most of your sounders dot even sound get some with sounders
Test Logs it was weird mind I've never seen a sounder do that before
Test Logs true but it could break again and not silence at all
