If you mean the angle where there's stormtroopers standing beside officers at the consoles, that's because those stormtroopers are the personal troopers for those officers. Officers are obscenely pompous in the empire because the majority of them come from extremely rich and influential families and they're in those positions because of the wealth and influence of their family, because it would look bad if they didn't serve in some way so they're sent to places like Skystrike Academy, trained to be officers, and then sent to ships or stations where they're at very little risk but that still doesn't stop them from getting their own personal troopers that they treat like glorified personal assistants. The empire tolerates and even approves of this because of three things: 1) the snobby little shits make life hell for the people who actually EARNED their way into Skystrike and other prestigious academies, and that makes those people try much harder, prepares them for the petty backstabbing of imperial politics and breeds a superior stock of officers and pilots (the pilots also go to those same academies.) 2) it fills their need to fill positions. It's easy to stick one of these nepo baby officers in some backwater system away from the front lines, and gives them the excuse of "it's the safest place for your son/daughter, now if you'll just sign over the rights to your mines during the war effort...." 3) it gives the empire a place to shove the shiftless troopers who do the bare minimum and don't do anything worthy of disciplining them but also nothing worthy of commending or promoting them. Just listen to the trooper audio loop, these troopers are exactly those kind of troopers. This is, surprisingly, one of the most well thought out and lore accurate videos like this I've seen in a while and it's definitely getting used for my next SW RPG night
@@djkiltech You just wrote a bunch of absolute nonsense to defend a lack of depth by having developers place the proper character types and assets in game.
The walls and roof was white, the florescent lights hummed on loudly, and the air was sterile and carefully controlled. All of these are hallmarks of the ISB. It’s a shame really, he would much rather associate this… decor, with Kamino. Sablin fidgeted around with a pen, spinning it around in his hand or hanging it from his fingers… man did he dislike these people. Most bureaucrats are just fine, just another worker ensuring that the empire is running smoothly. But these are no ordinary clerks, these pencil pushers have a license to kill, their spreadsheets reducing humans and non-humans alike to just some numbers on a page: Is an area running low on water? Overpopulation. Easy fix, just remove a few numbers and boom, problem solved. These men have never held a single weapon in their life, nor have they ever been in a battle, but they have a higher kill count then anyone he knows. Most of them don’t even see what they are doing as murder, really, just keeping society healthy is all. Oh, and don’t even get them started on treason: Someone in a village on a continent, on a backwards tundra world in the frontier that no one has ever heard of before is showing anti-imperial sentiment? There is a malignant infected cell in that location, and in order to save the world we need to amputate that entire village. Better to lose a finger then the entire hand, right? Absolute psychopaths. He is keeping all of this to himself, obviously, if they heard him best case scenario is he would be sent back to be re-trained. In moments like these he took solace in the conversations of the stormtroopers. Sure, he was basically eavesdropping, but it’s nice hearing the words of any actually sane person from time to time. A man in a white collar suit approaches him, a list of some kind in his hand, a pen in the other. “Thank you for meeting with me here, Sablin. I wanted to ask you about suspicious activity among your pilots.”
Pretty much all the videos this channel has are soothing, but I prefer the ones with a couch/sofa/bed background especially in the Star Wars galaxy… those were my NDE and coma experiences… I don’t want to enjoy the setting while merely standing, crawling, or sitting🎉🎉😂😂 … got tired too quickly 😅😅
I find it funny that they have a bunch of guys standing at computers like they're supposed to be busy *while they hold rifles and wear battle armor*.

I feel bad for the storm trooper that has to carry a minigun all day as a normal routine looks like punishment to me 😂
