    I have been suffering depression since i wad 12.. Turn into an eating disorder..53 years old thank yhe Lord i no longer have an eating disorder but depression clings on. Happy moments are very rare. Thank you for your teaching.

    The book "30 Days to Reduce Depression" by Harper Daniels is pretty good. Takes a mindfulness approach.

    Yes I agree the first thing is WHY ONCE YOU KNOW WHY WILL HELP TO DEAL WITH IT THE SECOND IS TO LOOK FOR SILVER LINING IN EVERYTHING APPRECIATE ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT HAPPEN LIKE THANK GOD FOR YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR HEALTH FOR YOUR FAMILY FRIENDS WORK A GOOD DAY WITH NO DRAMAS THANK GOD FOR A GOOD DAY THANK GOD THAT WASHINGMACHINE IS WORKING ETC THIS S WILL HELP AND IF DRAMA HAPPENS ASK GOD TO HELP YOU TO GET THROUGH FOR THE STRENGHT IT WORKS

    My experience is that God will leave you in despair, he did not help me.

      Me too. Have you asked him why? I Think it's so one day I can help others. And also realise my life does not consist in the abundance of nice emotions (Luke 12v15) and when I give to God out of my poverty of emotions, it's worth more to him than all the happy giving I could ever give (Luke 21v4.) Comfort yourself with these things

    These excitable preachers are hard to listen to when depressed.
