I have been listening to this daily for a week now. I’ve released some weight, totally unintentionally. More importantly, I’ve felt big heart activations, had clearings/shifts of negativity, found $20 while out walking and my relationships are improving! I put this on and do things around the house, when our walking and before bed. I find myself reciting the prayer throughout my day too. When the old critical, condemning voice pops up, I say- NOT MY BUSINESS. Then recite the prayer. ❤ While I like the abundance recording, this one continues to be my go-to. I apply Hawaiian H'oponopono mediation with gold-colored bliss and selfless and skillful use of sound, emotions, images, etc. to forgive and heal bad situations, enmity, etc. It should be done in a way that is beneficial and non-binding and also requires lots of skill and effort. The focus should be healing with loving bliss that is absorbed by the universe while traversing through people/situations that resulted in conflict - and it should be persisted with one person/situation at a time till the healing occurs. For angry thoughts, using a swimming pool BLUE color like cold water with a nice blue color will also help balance angry "red" thoughts sufficient to cool down the elemental energies, then it can be followed with golden loving bliss for extended periods.

Is this the 14 step process that some people talk about? Of course, Dr. Hew Len's version is a very simplified version. Can you clarify what the 14 step method that is mentioned elsewhere?
Morrnah's version is much more comprehensive and specific. Others are just the simple "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you." This version goes into detail of all the potential scenarios from ancestors, past lives, present actions, as well as scarcity, pain, worry..... to name a few. In my experience this is the most powerful version. Most people need these specifics to untie all the subconscious knots. Just saying the sorry, forgive, love mantra takes much longer to have as profound an impact.
Why does she say ‘I’m grateful’ instead of ‘Thank you’ like all the books and other sites I have seen and read say? This is the first version I have seen where the one line is changed.
Saying ‘I’m grateful’ more accurately describes the feeling. For example, if something bad happens to me I have an awareness that I should be grateful that the situation has shown up, because it gives me the opportunity to actually clean myself. It’s like cleaning our sins. When our soul or the souls of our ancestors sin against others we also sinning against ourselves and our children & those sins get stored as memories/data on our own soul and they will sooner or later reflect back to us in our lives. It’s like karma. Everything happens for a reason and if anything bad happens to us the key is not to blame others but to take 100% responsibility. Everything that happens in our lives is a mirror image of our own data/memories so we should always be grateful to the God within us and the supreme God for giving us the opportunity to erase the data. What appears to be a bad situation is actually a good situation because we get to clean ourselves and get rid of all the muck that’s accumulated on our soul ((the muck is made up of our sins (from this life, or a past life or could be from a relative) The muck is also made up of memories that keep us attached to the past and keep us attached to everything material)) It doesn’t matter whether you say ‘Thank you’ or ‘I’m grateful’ as long as we understand the reason for saying it because when we understand why we are saying something it comes from the heart. When we clean ourselves we also unknowingly end up cleaning others because souls are connected. This is the added benefit of practising the Ho’oponopono. I personally want to clean myself because I want to be at peace with myself and everyone else. I want my relationships to be harmonious and I want to be close to God. I don’t want my sins or memories weighing me down. I want to be able to erase them and be free hence when a bad situation shows up I’m grateful because God has given me the opportunity to erase it with his power. Hence we say “Thank you” or “I’m grateful” or you can say both phrases. You can say whatever works for you.

I’ve dealt with dreams like this a lot some years ago and in my head I’d just think I know that I’m stronger than it I’m stronger I’m stronger and theyd get scared of me. Some dreams I’d rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Both work. Just know you’re stronger because you are. Even if you told this entity that you love them, they’d be scared because they can’t stand high frequencies they can’t stand love they want to feed off ur fear. So yeah

No. It's not. This is the Ho'oponopono original prayer of Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.
Dr. Hew Len was a student of Morrnah's.
Morrnah's version is much more comprehensive and specific. Others are just the simple "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you." This version goes into detail of all the potential scenarios from ancestors, past lives, present actions, as well as scarcity, pain, worry..... to name a few. In my experience this is the most powerful version. Most people need these specifics to untie all the subconscious knots. Just saying the sorry, forgive, love mantra takes much longer to have as profound an impact.

Why does she say ‘I’m grateful’ instead of ‘Thank you’ like all the books and other sites I have seen and read say? This is the first version I have seen where the one line is changed.
She's the original as far as I know.. it's cute so I do it both ways at differnt times. x
Saying ‘I’m grateful’ more accurately describes the feeling. For example, if something bad happens to me I have an awareness that I should be grateful that the situation has shown up, because it gives me the opportunity to actually clean myself. It’s like cleaning our sins. When our soul or the souls of our ancestors sin against others we also sinning against ourselves and our children & those sins get stored as memories/data on our own soul and they will sooner or later reflect back to us in our lives. It’s like karma. Everything happens for a reason and if anything bad happens to us the key is not to blame others but to take 100% responsibility. Everything that happens in our lives is a mirror image of our own data/memories so we should always be grateful to the God within us and the supreme God for giving us the opportunity to erase the data. What appears to be a bad situation is actually a good situation because we get to clean ourselves and get rid of all the muck that’s accumulated on our soul ((the muck is made up of our sins (from this life, or a past life or could be from a relative) The muck is also made up of memories that keep us attached to the past and keep us attached to everything material))
It doesn’t matter whether you say ‘Thank you’ or ‘I’m grateful’ as long as we understand the reason for saying it because when we understand why we are saying something it comes from the heart.
When we clean ourselves we also unknowingly end up cleaning others because souls are connected. This is the added benefit of practising the Ho’oponopono.
I personally want to clean myself because I want to be at peace with myself and everyone else. I want my relationships to be harmonious and I want to be close to God. I don’t want my sins or memories weighing me down. I want to be able to erase them and be free hence when a bad situation shows up I’m grateful because God has given me the opportunity to erase it with his power. Hence we say “Thank you” or “I’m grateful” or you can say both phrases. You can say whatever works for you.
