Look up "vit C or heart" and a FB group called "vitamin c & orthomolecular medicine for optimal health". Very informative. There's also a a great vid by Austin Goh called "How To Strengthen Your Heart". I do this one quite often.

I was in love. He left me. Actually, he left all my unconscious childhood traumas. Its beautiful autumn time outside. Perfect time for healing. I'm so grateful to him. He is / was love of my life. It was so hard to let him go. Trust me, it was so so hard. My face is not tired anymore. Im changing now. He will never know how beautiful I am. Unfortunately for him. He get my last message 2 days ago "Thank You for most intense experience ever in my 35 years." Today, I passed near the sculpture we kissed so passionate. I only felt one emotion: gratitude. And strong sense that the next person will keep kissing me forever near that sculpture. Because I'M WORTH of that. Its autumn outside, my friends. Perfect time of the year for healing.

This meditation is so nice. I've had some things to work through this week and have fought tears on a few moments during this week and this meditation is certainly trying to make me lose that fight 😂 But it's good. It's a release. This mantra in itself I believe is doing wonders for me already. I started like last Monday, I think and it...seems to be having effect. Can't be coincidence.
I recently discovered Ho’oponopono in a time I desperately needed it. I’ve been listening and practicing on my co-worker for two months now. We had a positive breakthrough this Friday. I believe it’s because of Ho’oponopono and the power of God working in our lives. - Bkgrd. we’ve worked well together for 1 yr. & had fun doing so. Three in the ofc. she’s our ofc. coordinator. I don’t supervise her, but I do the other person. Our boss is off site. -- It’s like she has ADHD and doesn’t medicate. She 60 & has a servants ❤️. Everyone loves her but many told me she would drive them nuts to work w/daily b/c of the impulsiveness. Often (min. once a mo.) she would burst into my office unannounced and startle me. She was aware and knew better (her words) and was wkg. on it. The last time was the worst, like a fog horn went off behind me. I thought I was having a heart attack. 20 min. later, I calmly told her this. She abruptly told me I needed to rearrange my desk to face the door and then said she would just email me. So she has, for everything even to come in to get ofc. supplies from me. She also hasn’t spoken to me unless spoken too. This has made it awkward for daily bus., wkly. team mtgs., planning for mo. admin. mtg. & qtrly. mtg. When we do talk about bus. we take care of it just fine, but there is no extra discussion like before. I went from 12+ interruptions a day from her to 0. That has been a blessing. I can stay focused on task, finish in a timely manner, and enjoy my work. I’m not so stressed at the end of the day from all the interruptions and stops and restarts. I own up to my part in this and not addressing the interruptions sooner/stronger. She was working on it and would backslide from time to time, and those were a 3-4 level, the last was a 10+ level. And, mind you our work isn’t urgent or critical either. I prayed a lot about this, discovered Ho’oponopono and started practicing it, listening to it, and 4 affirmations from Louise Hay. 1. I have a wonderful working relationship with everyone I work with including (name). 2. I am growing strong in the Lord. 3. I have grace for this season. 4. Those who are for me are stronger than those who are against me. - And so it is. All is well. - Give it 90 days and see how it’s working for you. God bless you!

JoyfulTee how are things for you? I relied heavily on Ho’oponopono, prayer and affirmations to get me through that time. We continued working together 2 more years. I received two promotions and she retired, giving 6 months notice. We ended on a really positive note. During the last two years it did get a whole lot better, and she quit with the abrupt bust ins and started knocking and saying excuse me before saying what she she came to share.

Also helps if you remind yourself to focus on each inhale and exhale, in lieu of incessant thoughts. Minimizing the mental chatter is key.
