So is your man a part of your vlog or is he just your helper. Why is he not a part of your titles-aka Josie lifts/ vlogs things. Just an honest answer not trying to upset you. We just see he is always there supporting, especially when you have your moments.

@@lawolwrt2306 He's not in my channel because they're my UA-cam channels. Just because we travel together, doesn't make it a combined couples channel. My UA-cam channels are my own personal channels, and yes, he supports my work like I think any good partner should do for their significant other. 😊

Have you ever thought about North Macedonia. Very good value. Not much on it vlogger wise. Fly via Belgrade in Serbia from Dubai etc and then take it from there. Would make a good destination for October and then back to India as it's getting cooler

Just wanted to chime in on working with tourism boards as I've been a pro blogger 14 years and now have a small UA-cam channel. Tourism boards don't only want shiny, happy couples at all. I focus on culinary tourism but not the trendy, hot new restaurants. I'm not 20 years old in a bikini or sharing insta perfect photos.
Instead my goal is to make people comfortable with traditional foods in small independently owned restaurants. There are a lot of creators who aren't polished, high production creators who work with destinations. Tourism boards are really different wherever you go, but a lot are now very savvy and just want to draw attention to their destination in a way that brings eyeballs.
I totally get what you’re saying, but if you don’t mind me asking is this paid work? In my experience if a board is paying me a large sum they usually do want the best shown off. By no means am I saying every single board is like that, not at all, but I’ve found it’s the smaller cities or smaller boards that are generally more open minded but that also means they don’t have the budget to pay my rates or fly both of us to and from there, it’s just sort of comped when you get there. I feel like when they’re investing a lot of money it’s a slightly different story, but that’s in our experience and I can totally respect your hustle! And everyone’s different 😁 love that you’ve done this for 14 years! 😁🥰
@@josievlogsthingssorry just saw this. yes it’s paid work. I don’t do comped trips. I’m very specific about what I do and destinations like to give me ideas that they think will suit me but it’s not mandatory. I ask for a flight, hotel, accommodation no planned itinerary. On top of that I’m paid. The reason I expanded from my website into UA-cam was to increase revenue per partnership because I could offer more than simply mu blog and social media. Many pro bloggers work the same way I do.

Hello from Perth. Josie, do you know you could go to any bank in Thailand and withdraw money over counter. The rate is much better with no fees. I do this every time when I visit Thailand. All you have to do is to bring passport with your bank card.
Hey there all the way in Perth!! haha. The banks we're with refund the ATM fee so I never have to pay that which means the ATM's are way more convenient for us! Thank you though!! ☺️☺️☺️

Sorry I missed this!! I actually have like 5 banks this year 😂 I went from one bank my whole life to using 5 because of travel haha. ING does this though you should look into it! Not even sponsored 😉😂
