I guess it was way easier for me. My dermatologist prescribed oxy 10, Clindamycin gel and retin A for me. Oxy 10 only in the morning and Clindamycin morning and night. My acne completely cleared up in three weeks. I used carotone black spot remover to clear up my black spots. I wake up at odd times to look at my face and I can't believe it. It's just few days over a month and I have almost perfect results except for some few, negligible spots that I left alone to fade on their own as I wanted to stop using the BSc cream.
I'm 24 now and I have had same thing you have since I was 9. It's affected my self esteem for years and honestly I want clear skin too. Super happy for you! Can't wait to start my journey also
Hi Deborah! Loved the video, congratulations on your skincare routine. If you don’t mind, can you plug the clinic & the cost? (If you don’t mind). Also as someone going through skin issues as well, things you don’t want to do is putting your product applicators anywhere close to your skin. The applicators can transfer germs onto your skin & we don’t want that. You can apply them on your fingers then use your fingers on your face. Also the 2/3 finger rule using sunscreen is really important especially in your routine. It protects and enhances your current products. Please use your sunscreen. 💛
Just a suggestion, use the cerave in the morning and the peroxide at night. Peroxide is an anti microbial, nighttime is when you want to wash off all those pathogens you picked up throughout the day.Because the peroxide can be harsh thus the need of a heavy moisturizer to help with it.The Paula’s choice toner can be use daily or every other day,it’s only a 2% BHA which is perfect for skin and it does wonder. You can use it with the rest of the Good molecules products, it’s safe.If you are using peroxide in the morning you need a higher mineral sunscreen otherwise you will pay the price in a long run.

The skin peeling you experienced after your facials is due to a chemical peel. Your skin can’t peel without chemicals . There are different levels of chemical peels. 🙂

Yes, my skin peel were horrible on my skin. It burned so bad. Oh my goodness. But I must say, I haven’t had a lot of skin issues since. I have two dark spots that I just can get rid of near my cheek area.
You could try using also Vera mixed with some drops of tea tree oil. You can also avoid foods like milk and watch out for other foods you feel you might be allergic to like gluten foods(like regular spaghetti, indomie, bread,etc..). I hope this helps.
@@deborahboms that is what made a difference for me. In my case cutting out Dairy but especially sugar which is so hard and I still go back to it but everytime I eat too much sugar (not fruit though) I break out. Everybody's different of course so definitely worth looking into

Hey marvelous,with experience I can tell you that if you twerk your diet you will see amazing results... always go gentle on your skin No/less sugar. No soft drinks. No/less bread and carbs. Exercise every day if you can,30 mins a day. Clean pillows/pillow case Ditch the foundation and heavy make up... simple sunscreen and moisturizer will do ..I live in Northern Nigeria and the sun can be quite damaging... Good luck girl
