Do you arrange/receive any referral fees from Contractors, Carpet/Flooring Companies, Electricians, Plumbers, Realtors, etc. that you refer your Cash Buyers to?

We are selling our house without an agent. It has been listed for 2 days on Zillow and has 600+ views, 50 saves and I have screened 4 people who have called and seemed serious. So for my cash buyers, lets say i offer a contract to my A-list cash buyer, and I'm waiting for a response. Do I contact my other cash buyers while I'm waiting for my A-list cash buyer to respond? I only ask this because then if I offer it to multiple cash buyers at the moment. only one of them will get it. even if most of them want it.

Biggest takeaway is I don't have to be so direct with people I can word things more tactfully. Can you please make a video about how to grow a quality buyers list? I can do deals but my biggest problem is my buyers all end up being wholesalers who lie about being rehabbers or even rehabbers that lie about being cash buyers and then at the last minute are raising private capital to pay.

Thank you Jerry, my goal , now that i have an apartment not ouch very homelessness, due to being bancrupcied on & finally got a basement apaertment sadly that interupted my phon/internet service, so i ordered & had installed a landline phone & internet, im currently working on getting
setting up on this computer & phone & getting into a consise routine & studying everychance i get. I used the last bit of money i had for buying the phone & internet via Best Buy . I then had to ask my Churches for some help & they helped me with this months rent & a few grocery store cards so i could buy a pull cart to haul groceries & items back to here as sadly i need a new car desperatly for my 5 children & i especially because i have a special needs child with CF & 2 still under 18. So my goal is to go at this from completly via the computer & complete my first deal, connecting seller & cash buyer......then to reinvest & start bulk sstreamlining to work on further cash buyer relationships as well as nice Realtors .......my goal is to get out of this bad basement as soon as possible & have a years rent paid in full a new New England family suv& money reserves ......& utimately a CF solid surface air exchange systems & heppa filters etc especailly for my just out of her teen years CF Jillian to finally be able to celebrate aThanksgiving all Together in a dinningroom & a big real Christmas Tree & to give Jillian her own breathing treatment medication room with a great view !!!!
