tbh besides the animatronics being the main foe, this doesn’t feel like a fnaf game or fan game, it follows the base rule but has a completely new concept. Really interesting!
I have to disagree there; I could even tell from the thumbnail-preview that it would be a FNaF-game. I thought maybe even an "official" one. - Especially if you consider that game with "Ballora" or whatever the name was, the one where you have to go through the vents and sneak and whatever, it makes this even more comparable. - I will say that a few of these games, including this one, are significantly better than the originals because they do a bit more and sometimes even look better and things like that. - I didn't feel like the originals were actually more than a one-trick mobile-quality game until perhaps 4 or something, the one where you could move around the bedroom, because of the extremely limited gameplay. - But still, this feels very familiar and could've been an official spin-off game or something. - Scott Hackthon couldn't make this, though... At least not on an artistic level.
people have some nerve to hear "fnaf fan game" and immediately assume it's cringe, like, look at this shit, it's got more polish than my mother's wedding ring ffs there's just so so so much put into these to the point where you can hardly reduce them down to just "fan games". great work devs, keep it up :D

5 minutes in, and this game is already freaking me out. this game has the same atmosphere, environment, and concept to one of my less frequent reoccurring dreams/nightmares. they both have animatronics, they both take place in an abandoned theme park, and they both have the same lighting and colours (dark, unlit, and slightly yellowish. it's almost spot on to my dreams, which is concerning enough on its own, but more so that I've been having this dream for years and years. despite that, the game looks amazing
It does sound creepy af! Hope this is not too frightening. This reminds me that as a child I had this same nightmare over and over again that took place in an apartment. Years passed and I sometimes had that dream until we moved to a new place and it looked like the one in my nightmare. They stopped after moving there too
@@masacross8551 The dreams would begin with me walking around this abandoned attraction, walking past deactivated animatronics. The animatronics would then come to life, chasing me around the site, trying to kill me. Cue me, running around trying to escape while getting constantly cornered and trapped. The dream would always seem to end with me setting the place on fire and bolting out the entrance. After watching more of this video, I wad relieved yo discover that the similarities between my dream and this game end pretty quickly 😂.

Something that upsets me is that now that FNAF has done the whole killer animatronics trope, people can't make their own animatronic enemy based horror game without it being attributed to FNAF. I understand if it is based on FNAF but I believe you should be able to make any game with any enemy and not need it ties to a game that just made those enemies popular.
Yea but if your game wouldn't exist without fnaf, has similar designs to fnaf, and was made at a similar time as fnaf, it's fair to draw comparisons. These games all copy fnafs's feel and unique gameplay concept, so it's not really its own thing that happens to have animatronic animals. There are plenty of games with animatronic beings that aren't compared to fnaf because they are distinct.
While true, to be fair how many other horror games had animatronics in them at all until FNAF came around? It was either not done at all, or not done anywhere near as frequently as it is now.
This, actually. Yes, you're game was _probably_ inspired by FNaF, but it doesn't have to exist in the same universe, have the same mechanics, or even really have anything to do with FNaF and stand on it's own merits and ideas. Animatronics are not owned by Scott C*wthon.

tbh besides the animatronics being the main foe, this doesn’t feel like a fnaf game or fan game, it follows the base rule but has a completely new concept. Really interesting!
I like how mark read the instructions on on the keyhole growl and then completely forgets it
I have to disagree there; I could even tell from the thumbnail-preview that it would be a FNaF-game.

@@spiderfriend5567 yes literally! they had different aesthetics in sister location and different gameplays but the fact it had the classic “look at the cameras for a split second and focus entirely on audio” just really pulled the whole thing together. thats why imo the whole fnaf universe as a whole has been so successful, because it has a perfect blend of so many components of good horror game tropes

5 minutes in, and this game is already freaking me out. this game has the same atmosphere, environment, and concept to one of my less frequent reoccurring dreams/nightmares. they both have animatronics, they both take place in an abandoned theme park, and they both have the same lighting and colours (dark, unlit, and slightly yellowish. it's almost spot on to my dreams, which is concerning enough on its own, but more so that I've been having this dream for years and years. despite that, the game looks amazing
oh god that's gotta be really unnerving
sounds cool though
It does sound creepy af! Hope this is not too frightening.
This reminds me that as a child I had this same nightmare over and over again that took place in an apartment. Years passed and I sometimes had that dream until we moved to a new place and it looked like the one in my nightmare. They stopped after moving there too
What are the dreams like? If you don’t mind me asking.

It is really good and I hope They make a series out of this
@@EvaHoshizora that’s interesting, I didn’t know they were called that
Something that upsets me is that now that FNAF has done the whole killer animatronics trope, people can't make their own animatronic enemy based horror game without it being attributed to FNAF.
Yeah but guess what category is this game on?
This, actually. Yes, you're game was _probably_ inspired by FNaF, but it doesn't have to exist in the same universe, have the same mechanics, or even really have anything to do with FNaF and stand on it's own merits and ideas. Animatronics are not owned by Scott C*wthon.
