Kristina Diaz it actually seems practical and realistic! I love it. I know it’s still a $1.4 million home because it’s in CA but it’s so homey and it’s not so impractical like many other youtubers. I swear some youtubers homes look like you can’t even sit anywhere or you’ll break something worth 8 million lol. I also think it’s smart of Shane and Ryland to save money and not spend so much in case something happens. I just admire them really for how humble and approachable they are. They deserve everything and then some and I’m truly happy for them. It’s hard to be happy for other youtubers sometimes due to how much they flaunt and put off their “I’m better than you” attitude.

Wow. I LOVED their first new house tour when it was still empty..now this tour of the new house furnished.. I LOVE IT!! like seriously, they did SUCH a good job on picking out the furniture & house decorations! I deff liked their old house, but I LOVE their new one. Yay for them! I'm happy that they're happy. (with the new house, & with each other) :)

Really Justreally The old house was Shane’s before Ryland moved in.
I mean his old apartments and his last house has always looked great, even back when he was still with Lisa. I’m always kind of shocked people don’t realize he’s actually good at decorating, i mean he has always set up his own back rounds for youtube and he loves obviously loves filming. I guess because his last house was a little worn out after living there for so long and was just waiting to redo it until he moved again.
